Yes, all prisoners are begging to be let out... even Michael Avenatti. In the latter case, even though he is a convicted felon who stole millions from clients, he never committed violence (one alleged DV that wasn't prosecuted) or killed anyone. Still, he faces two more high profile felony court trials and his wishes are not likely to come true.

So, in example, while many prisoners are being let out, it's supposed to be for particularly vulnerable, elderly, or non-violent and misdemeanor type of cases. Lori shouldn't qualify, unless perhaps she produces the kids. Every jurisdiction seems to be making their own rules tho. I doubt this angle will fly. But mud / wall / see if sticks. In the meantime it puts the court and attendees at risk as everyone has to show up for the hearing.

I know it may seem funny but they are considering letting prisoners out in the UK because of prison officers self isolating at home etc.

I can easily see 150 or so of the last items I've browsed (there might be more, I didn't bother to look) and every item I've purchased for 17 years. Once Kay accessed Charles' Amazon account, she could have had access to a LOT of information about Lori's interests and purchases.

I am sure LE has all of her search history, I think the ring was a bone they threw out to keep interest and maybe piss off all or some of those involved or supporters into turning. I don't think all the discovery for her current charges is all they have either. When they are ready to charge for murder there will be more imo. I really hope they charge Chad soon, very upsetting these kids are missing......I am holding out hope that LE has a lot more. Imo venting, thanks.

My opinion leans towards your thoughts here:

Maybe he's going back to this exceeds "standard bail schedules" (particularly when her bail wasn't reduced in Hawaii). Or maybe this doesn't play a part in the legal argument now? Heck, I dunno... I'm just guessing.

Unless LV has some sort of underlying condition that makes her more susceptible to the virus... I can't imagine COVID-19 would be the new facts that "recently came to light".

Exactly. Her lawyer's defense will be SODDI (Some Other Dude Did It) all the way. She will blame her accusers for JJ and Tylee being missing. Any witnesses put on the stand to tell about Lori's "zombie" beliefs the lawyer will attempt to discredit the witness rather than arguing against what the witness says. These poor family members who have already suffered for months not knowing where JJ and Tylee are will be accused of all manner of false accusations. We should brace ourselves for more disgusting lies with no hard evidence coming from the defense. It's all she has. She can't argue against the charges by producing the kids or presenting positive evidence of her innocence, because if she could do that she wouldn't still be sitting in jail. MOO.

i do have some confidence in LE though. I think they sized her up pretty quickly, and that is why we just do not get many leaks. They are probably (hopefully) have lots of data that will directly contradict her attempts to lie.'

I feel so sorry for KVW finding this out and this was a week before the paintball attack on the 9th and Tammy's death on the 19th. Despicable.

We don't know when the wedding dress was ordered. According to the EIN article search history shows that someone was searching for wedding dresses on Oct 3, a day after the ring purchase.

ETA: How did Lori and Chad knew that Kay and Larry were informed about the purchase(s)? The source given in the article is someone "close to the investigation".

I think this ring was the Amazon purchase that alerted KVW to Lori's new address and thus enabled the welfare check request. MOO.

True, but she could catch it and pass it on so would have to self isolate. Trouble is she can teleport so she won't get bail because of that IMO. She is a teleport risk.

The order confirmation email from Amazon would have revealed at least "Charles Vallow, Rexburg, Idaho." But Kay said it was the Amazon purchase that led her to Lori's new address, so I'm inferring that, once Kay discovered the email, she also guessed the PW for Amazon.

I hate say this but the burden of proof is on the prosecution not the defense. So far no hard evidence has been shown that either child has been harmed.
