Yes. Tylee and JJ are on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website. They wouldn't be on NCMEC unless there is an official missing persons case number opened by LE:

Same with NAMUS - they don't publish a missing person case online until they check with LE to make sure it is an active/open missing person case.

All that said, Lori is not the one who reported her kids missing. Despite the fact that one of her many false stories to LE was that Tylee took JJ and ran away, she never reported the kids missing. LE had to open a missing persons case on behalf of the kids without their mother's cooperation. Everyone should let that sink in. It's never good news when the sole living parent doesn't report her children missing and then refuses to cooperate with LE. She has also made things worse for herself by fleeing to Hawaii with her new husband and not even acknowledging her kids are still missing. She thinks she is being smart and that if she stays silent now it will look like she knows where they are/they are ok. But she has already told too many lies IMHO to make that believeable. First the kids are dead/non-existent (said to family members after she married Chad). Then LE comes knocking and the story is the kids are in AZ with a friend (or rather just JJ is said to be there since he was the only one LE asked about at first). But the kids were not there in AZ. Then she claimed Tylee took JJ and ran off, but she's not concerned and not coming back from her extended Hawaii vacation with husband number 5. And she blows off the reporter asking questions/trying to help find her kids and doesn't even take an opportunity to say she loves her kids and hopes they are somewhere safe. Nor does she take the opportunity to clarify that the kids are safe and she believes it's no one's business where they are located. All of this is adding up to a very bad outcome for those kids. MOO.

1. In a couple of dailymail articles in quotation marks and
2. On these forums

If there is some kind of actual documentation or court decision to emancipate here, she would not be listed as a minor. Can we source this or not?

Could the poison have been planted while Tammy was away visiting her parents? Could it have been hidden in something that she didn't ingest until the night she died? Similarly for Alex, if he was poisoned, the person(s) planting the poison need not be present on the date Alex died. Although proving who planted the poison in both Alex and Tammy's death may be difficult-- unless the police have internet search histories showing a suspect/suspects searching for info on a certain poison. Also if the same poison was used in both Alex and Tammy's death-- that could be a smoking gun, so to speak.

During potato harvest, and in fact since the one (1) left on his mission, there was only one other Daybell child (2) in the home until Tammy died. The other son (3) with wife (who gave no comment to reporter yesterday) did not move in until after Tammy's death and Chad's subsequent exit. Tammy's other children (2) have not lived in the home.

They have not given a statement and I imagine will not give comment until directed by Chad and/or the lawyer or directed by the courts. The one daughter's tongue-wagging and faces to the reporter thing was I think done out of frustration, knowing her personality. But, no. They're not going to talk to anyone about any of this.

I can tell you that Chad's brother gave a statement (Chad Daybell's brother issues statement 'pleading' for him to cooperate with investigation | East Idaho News). Two Sundays ago Matt's wife gave a beautiful lesson to the ward about loving our neighbors. She began her lesson by addressing the issue and said it was not the reason the lesson was chosen or directing any of her remarks. It's one of the reasons I haven't given up here on WS and became verified. I had a choice. I'm certain they have no idea what mud they've been dragged through or even who may be doing the dragging. I want to love my neighbor. I want the truth like Matt does. I want innocents to be protected.

Edit: I erroneously stated "Chad's wife gave a beautiful lesson". It was Matt's wife. I immediately changed it. Sorry if I confused anyone.

If someone not living in the home planted the poison in advance, how could they make sure that other inhabitants wouldn't consume it? It would only work if it was put in medication specific to the targeted person. Otherwise the poison could have killed Tammy's children or Alex's wife. Did Tammy and Alex even take any medication?

I think it was stated that medication was one of the things taken away in the search warrant.

If she was emancipated then she would not be listed as missing and LE would not be requiring Lori bring her to Welfare offices or LE so I think that clarifies she is not emancipated IMO.
 
It has been bugging me how Lori and Chad have been funding their lifestyle and Chad’s new makeover.

  • We know Lori stole up to $35k in cash. She sold her/Charles furniture and maybe a car.
  • She is most likely collecting SS child benefits on behalf of Tylee. How much is variable, depending on Joseph’s benefits at time of death, etc. Also their may have been life insurance for Tylee.
  • Charles Vallow’s death was ruled homicide - there may be an insurance investigation pending the final case to be closed. She may not have received anything on her or JJ’s behalf yet.
  • I read somewhere that it was speculated that Chad may have increased Tammy’s insurance policy within the last 9 months. Does anyone else remember reading that anywhere? I can’t find it. If this is true he can’t collect as nearly every insurance company has a two year wait clause.
  • Zoominfo shows Spring Creek Book Company to have an annual revenue of $6.4 million.
What if Chad was draining the company coffers? What if Tammy found out?

Look at his lifestyle change. Goes from super modest home in Rexburg to a $4k per month condo in Hawaii.

I say we should try to follow the money.....

Why? There's five of them and they are all adults. They don't cramp Chad and Lori's style and they seem to still support their father.

What about toiletries? I squeeze my toothpaste in the middle. It drives everyone so crazy I have my own toothpaste. I have no idea if you could poison night cream? Jmo
 
Hope everyone had a good nights sleep! Anyone speculate LV and AC having a strange relationship ? Sister and brother lovers? I think this runs deeper still than we think. And if LV can get pulled over and cited for a cell phone on Kauai, anything can happen still! MOO
 
I have been reading here for days and admittedly have not read everything so maybe this was discussed and I missed it. If so, apologies.

1) CD was a cemetery sexton. He buried bodies professionally in the past. This causes me to lose hope.

2) When CV was killed LV left with the kids in CV's rental car despite a vehicle of her own, CV's truck that she took from the airport while he was away. Why would she take the rental car and not her (I am guessing) daily commuter? Also, I keep my car keys in my pocket so I'm thinking LV went through CV's pockets after he was shot. It was summer in Arizona so the keys weren't in a coat.

3) I may be nuts on this one but...LV was allegedly seeing CD (from divorce filings) when she would go away to conferences, when she was traveling without kids. When LV moved to Idaho she moved with the kids, brother AC, and "a friend". I read that somewhere in this discussion on WS, not sure of the origin. Is it possible LV didn't mention kids to CD? When she showed up she could say they were AC's kids. Clearly truth isn't her strong suit, I wonder if CD really thought she had no minor children at the time his friends/family heard him say this.
