Wondering "why" they are requesting again on 7/26 when the Judge granted it on 5/25?

and this comment from the 8/13/2018 Motion Hearing

Comment: Bond - PA

Anyone know what "PA" means? Since she was out on bail before & skipped town - I don't believe they would give it to her.

Monday, October 29th:
*Arraignment Hearing (@ 2pm MT) - ID – Larry Dean Isenberg (68) (Feb. 13, 2018, Coeur d’Alene; found Mar. 1, 2018) – *Laurcene “Lori” Barnes Isenberg (64) – arrested (2/26/18) & charged (2/27/18) with 1 count of Grand theft & 40 counts of forgery. Embezzling $500K from non-profit employer. Released from jail on $75K bond. Failed to show up at 2nd arraignment hearing (5/25/18) & remains missing. Judge issued a $500K bench warrant for her arrest. Re-arrested (7/25/18).
Lori said he fell out of boat & drowned while trying to fix boat motor. He was found with lethal levels benadryl in his system, no evidence of drowning or having a heart attack. LE-Warrant issued for evidence for crimes including murder, delay in reporting a death with intent to prevent discovery of manner of death, grand theft & criminal conspiracy. Her 2 daughters Jessica Barnes () & Amber Hosking () being investigated for “conspiracy to commit theft & conspiracy to commit murder in the 1st degree”. Lori has not been charged with husband’s death (yet).
7/26/18 Update: Lori arrested (7/25/18), been on the lam for 2 months; Thursday (7/26/18) afternoon appearance for a fugitive warrant hearing. Judge granted cameras in the courtroom. Notice of substitution of counsel. Set bail hearing on 8/6.
8/6/18 Update: Bail hearing continued to 8/13.
8/13/18 Update: Court site says “Comment: Bail PA”. Don’t know “what” that means. Waiting for info. Arraignment hearing set for 10/29.

The daughters of a Coeur d’Alene woman, who is facing federal wire fraud charges and is the suspect in the death of her husband, pleaded guilty to charges related to their mother’s case Tuesday in federal court.

Jessica Fay Barnes, 36, and Amber Annette Hosking, 39, each pleaded to one count of conspiracy to commit a federal program theft. They are charged with taking money that was provided by their mother, who was supposed to be using that money to help poor families find affordable housing.

Daughters of Lori Isenberg, Idaho woman suspected in husband’s death, plead guilty to conspiracy

COEUR d’ALENE — On the same day Lori Isenberg’s daughters pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit theft, U.S. attorneys filed a motion to prevent their mother from being released before her trial for any reason.

The motion for detention filed Tuesday says “a serious risk exists that [Lori Isenberg] will flee.” The document filed in U.S. District Court says “… there are no conditions of release that will reasonably assure the appearance of the defendant” and cites “The weight of the evidence against the defendant” and “The history and characteristics of the defendant” as justification for the detention request.

Isenberg, daughters have days in court

Any news on what happened at her arraignment. I had 10/29 as arraignment, but I see in the articles it says 10/30. ??

TIA!

Isenberg pleads not guilty in Coeur d’Alene to stealing funds for affordable housing

A Coeur d’Alene woman who remains under investigation for the suspicious death of her husband made her first appearance Wednesday in federal court and pleaded not guilty to several charges alleging that she embezzled money from the North Idaho Housing Coalition.

Laurcene “Lori” Isenberg, 64, appeared via video conference Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald Bush and pleaded not guilty to several charges including wire fraud, which carries a maximum of 20 years in federal prison.

Isenberg was indicted in October on four counts after investigators say she embezzled about $500,000 from funds that were supposed to go to help poor people find affordable housing.

@Jewels53 - do you mind looking up & seeing when Isenberg's next court is, please?

You have to enter her name Laurcene Isenberg, county and a date range to search. Just incase anyone wants to know where the information came from.

I know the DA dismissed the Grand theft charges after the Federal gov't charged her on 10/25/18 with 3 counts of felony wire fraud & 1 count of Fed. Program Theft. Guess we shall have to wait a few days until the next court dates up.

Thank you for checking Jewels! :)

Merry Christmas @Niner

Tuesday, January 29th:
*Sentencing (@ ET) – ID - Larry Dean Isenberg (68) (Feb. 13, 2018, Coeur d’Alene; found Mar. 1, 2018) – *Jessica Fay Barnes (26) & Amber Annette Hosking (39) each plead guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit a Federal Program theft. Hosking received & accepted a total of $16,500 in payments to which she was not entitled. Hosking agrees that this money was stolen, embezzled, obtained by fraud, knowingly converted, or intentionally misapplied by the co-conspirator. Barnes founded a company called JB Services. This company then billed the housing coalition a total of $15,500 for yard work that it did not do at houses owned by the coalition. Barnes was issued a credit cart in the name of JB Services. This credit card was used to purchase items for Barnes, unrelated to any work for the Coalition. Her co-conspirator paid the credit card bills with money she received from the Coalition. Barnes & Hosking both face up to five years in prison & up to a $250,000 fine. However, given their lack of criminal history they could face as little as probation when they are sentenced Jan. 29, 2019.
Her 2 daughters Jessica Barnes & Amber Hosking being investigated for “conspiracy to commit theft & conspiracy to commit murder in the 1st degree”. His autopsy showed he died of overdose of Benadryl. Lori has not been charged with husband’s death (yet).

Lori Isenberg pleads guilty in Coeur d’Alene to embezzling housing funds

A Coeur d’Alene woman, who remains under investigation for the suspicious death of her husband in February, pleaded guilty Tuesday to embezzling more than a half million dollars from the North Idaho Housing Coalition.

Laurcene “Lori” Isenberg, 64, appeared at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud, which carries a maximum of 20 years in federal prison. U.S. District Court Judge Edward Lodge will sentence Isenberg April 30.
[.....]
Also on Tuesday, Isenberg’s daughters, Jessica F. Barnes, 36, and Amber A. Hosking, 39, were sentenced after they previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit program theft.

Jessica Fay Barnes & Amber Annette Hosking each pled guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit a Federal Program theft. 29, 2019. 1/29/19 Update: Judge sentences both to 3 years probation & 100 hours of community service. Hosking will pay $16,500 restitution & Barnes will pay $15,500.
