No not that I know of. It was my opinion when KM interviewed her and asked if she did her gesture made me think she was lying when she said no. JMO.

I think DB told the truth from the git go, at this point. the fact she may or may not have spoken of her "guzzling wine" as JVM put it last night, could have been because she didn't want the focus on her instead of the perp.
People, even children are stalked all the time. I see little credible evidence DB did anything to this child yet, and an abduction makes far more sense than planning on finding a kitten to mask the smell of death, changing out a rug with media trucks and neighbours watching the home, JI getting this job just to be out of the house at the appropriate time, or, an excuse to get her hair done.
Evidence DB did this so far, IMHO, amounts to no more than DB bashing.

I have wondered about that neighbor guy, the husband of the friend that was over that night. I read somewhere or another that they were separated and he wasn't allowed in the house that night. What if in some way he was angry with DB or blamed her for his separation. Perhaps spending too much time with his wife? Encouraging her to divorce him. etc? Maybe he wanted to show DB how it feels to interfere with someone's family?

thanks for this post. Why this night? did they have a fight earlier that day and LE imposed a stay away order? Curious and curiouser.
I watched a true crime show just 2 nights ago about a man who killed his wife's friend (both wife and friend worked in the same law firm) because the friend was giving the wife moral support to go through with a divorce. This could easily be a motive IF this neighbour and husband were estranged and DB was morally supporting her.

I do have a prayer tonight, that someone who has a "hunch" that they know who has Baby Lisa come forward. Get the courage to overcome your fears of looking foolish, and come forward with the tip.

I agree that the intruder would need to be somebody that is familiar with the family but I don't think it necessarily needs to be someone they are close with. In looking at the floor plan, is there a backdoor out of the basement? I can't really tell. With the window, maybe the perp tryed to take the screen out but it got stuck. I've had that happen on a number of occasions with screens. I really think an intruder either came in through a door. Maybe they could've come through a door in the basement? We haven't heard anything about a door in a basement so that could be a possibility...

Anyway, according to the floorplan, a perp would have easily seen the phones on the counter if they cut through the kitchen on the way to or from Lisa's room. It's fairly easy to know where an infant's room is if you pay attention outside of a house. Watch for a bedroom light that turns out while the boys are still awake. Also, many times you can hear a baby crying from outside the house and determine which room it's coming from. Those pesky lights though... Why turn the lights on? I wonder if they were looking for something more?

Just rambling... Anybody have any other thoughts?

I keep going back to some of the cases where parents or other family members were asleep and didn't hear an intruder. Although very difficult for many of us to comprehend , it has happened.

The motive is still unclear and that's the problem I'm facing right now.

In Kienan Hebert's case, it was a transient and thankfully Kienan was one of the lucky ones. Will we ever know why this guy decided to kidnap a child in his bed? Probably not. Some people speculated he has some mental illness others believe he took Kienan for sexual purposes.

Elizabeth Smart. We all know why she was kidnapped.

Sabrina Aisenberg. Only 5 months old. Sadly still missing and the parents are not suspects.

Baby Christopher. 25 years still missing. Parents not suspects but family believe it was a woman who had a relationship with the dad.

Baby Lisa. I believe it is a woman or possibly a couple who may have met the parents at some point.

Since there was a 4 year old neighbor playing I would assume at the home that evening could someone have thought that the 4 year old lived there and took Lisa thinking they were actually going to be taking a 4 year old instead?

Wouldn't the intruder know the difference since the lights were on? Lisa has the babyish look still and most four year olds do not sleep in a crib.

So, you're saying that they saw the little girl playing, and when they came in the house, they thought the 4 year old lived there. Then, when they saw it was the baby, they went ahead and took her although they were really after the 4 year old?

I am always the first to say when I feel someone is guilty. This is the very first time....ever....that I have said from the beginning these parents have nothing to do with it and I still believe that. My DH, retired LE, agrees totally. It's all very bizarre, but stranger things have happened.

It is a theory nothing more nothing less. The Petit home was singled out when they were seen in the parking lot then followed home. It was not about the money or anything else one of them liked the looks of one of the children

Yes that is what I mean and like I said I have no idea what has happened here and it was simply something that popped into my mind
