If someone gave Casey a dead Caylee

I absolutely do not blame Websleuths or even Wikipedia (which anyone can edit) for repeating this misinformation or dare I say it "mistruth". Many people have great faith in what they hear on the News, so I can't blame the public for posting rumours & speculation. Possible blood in car = Great headline.
I think the media have been particularly irresponsible in the way they have reported this case, but I am glad to see that the moderators here seem to have the facts even if the believe Casey will be found guilty.

We have seen much misreporting since day 31. This is why when we are really trying to pin down information, there is only one source to use and that is the reports themselves.

I do not for one minute pretend to have handle on the facts as well as many of our members, but I do pay attention to information that is shared through links and I read them. None of us want to pass bad information, but it happens all the time and all we can do is get it right when we can. I have passed bad info on unknowingly and I am sure it will happen again LOL.
I don't want Cloud to think this conversation is about her/him at all. It is a very general ongoing theme and many members can vouch for that.
I ask for links specifically because I do not know all the facts and before I share them, I want to make sure I have it right.

Has anyone considered the Chupacabra? I mean I was kinda leaning towards aliens but why would a species with advanced technology to span the immensity of space use duct tape?

Yes the duct tape would be hard for the Chupacabra to apply....but we don't know they don't have opposable thumbs right? That could also be what Casey hit with her car. It wasn't a squirrel but the Chupacabra, and this was all just revenge kinda like that movie I Know What you Did Last Summer.

That and the Chupacabra is Hispanic like ZG and possibly from Puerto Rico as that's where the first sitings of it took place.

Wow thats it guys...case closed. Time to let Casey out cause she is clearly innocent and it was all the just the plan of the devious Chupacabra out for revenge.

This is of course is all in jest and meant to be comical. With the way this case has slowed down I thought it prudent to bring a little comedy in to lighten things up.

Just curious...are we also supposed to forget that Cindy left for work before Casey got up? That Cindy places Casey with Caylee that morning? That George saw them leave @1pm?

Could anybody remember exactly what they did on a particular morning a month ago? I certainly couldn't. Not unless there was some specific reason, such as going to catch a flight for example. G & C already confused Father's day with Grampa's birthday. It was just like any other morning according to George. Sometimes Casey & Caylee were there, other times they stayed at Ricardo's. It's a pretty big ask to expect either grandparent to remember. They didn't know that day that they wouldn't see Caylee again. They didn't know at the time that that day would change their lives.

It's just a theory, but I think that Cindy could have left with Caylee early morning 16th before Casey got up, and taken the day off to deal with her domestic situation, without necessarily advising Casey or George or anybody else of her intentions but she in fact didn't.

Casey may have assumed that Cindy had taken Caylee away from her to teach her a lesson but her assumtion was wrong. Neither of them watching over Caylee. We don't know what their conversations were about for the subsequent 30 days. Casey lies about Zenaida, the beach etc. because she doesn't want to talk about her relationship with her "crazy" mother in front of her new friends. She has absolute confidence that her mother will do no harm whatsoever to Caylee. Cindy still thinks Casey has Caylee and that is consistent with Cindy's subsequent behaviour. Casey thinks Cindy has her. So neither of them that day are aware that Caylee is missing. I don't think it's impossible for them to keep this up for a whole month.

This makes no sense. If Casey thought that... then she would certainly know how Caylee came to be with Cindy. Are we to believe that for an entire month KC did not worry about Caylee because she thought Cindy had her? No way! KC was traveling for work [gaggaggaggag], telling friends Caylee was at theme parks with the nanny, avoiding her mother's phone calls, making up lies about Zanny having a car accident, sneaking around the house getting gas cans and shovels.

I'm not so sure what their conversations may have been about but I don't think that scenario is impossible if they had had a fight.

In furthering your theory -- how would KC taking LE to Universal Studios to her 'office' fit in? The vacant apt she claimed to drop Caylee off at? Taking by apt complex she claimed Zanny's mother lived at? Claiming to know Zanny's sister? All the lies KC told?

Just continuing with her previous lies & stalling as long as possible. She doesn't know where Caylee is and thinks Cindy is hiding her. Doesn't want to get her mother arrested for kidnapping after stealing from her & lying to her.

I really can't think of a reason for the Zenaida's Sawgrass guest card. I'm baffled about that one even if Casey is guilty of murder.

You are right it so doesn't make sense, I am on the point of starting to watch CSI, Lost & One Tree Hill just to see if I can work out where all the numbers come from!

Good question! Zanny could be a fiction that Casey used to enable her to stay at Ricardo's & Tony's without Caylee. But where did Casey get the idea to take the police to Sawgrass and "would you believe it!" evidence of a real Zenaida G? This seems even more unbelievable to me than my admittedly outlandish theory.

The whole thing just doesn't add up and I can only think that there must be someone else involved other than the family. There are so many questionable characters surrounding this case.

If we don't see more solid evidence than has been released so far, I think the whole thing is going to hang on which witnesses are put on the stand and whether the jury believe them or not.

I'm still undecided on whether Casey has told the lawyers whatever she knows and whether she is actually following their advice. Leaning towards thinking she probably has because a) she tried quite hard not to discuss the case by distracting everybody with a lot of nonsense when she was out on bond, b) she has not had visitors since the early videos were released (as far as we know), and c) seems to have provided her lawyers with items they have asked for.

She may have thought that her mother did have her but wouldn't admit it.
