Why has Anne's case just now been added to NamUs? I wonder what was thought about her disappearance back in 1987 - did they think she had an accident at the pier?

Day after Christmas. Weather that day in nearby Chicago was a high of only 33 degrees. Map below shows Waukegan Harbor along with other states bordering Lake Michigan - Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. If I am able to find any additional info on Ms. Wyatt, I will post.
