A Willow Springs man accused of arranging the murders of his ex-girlfriend's family -- and trying to have her slain as well -- is seeking court-ordered visitation with their 19-month-old son.
Johnny Borizov is being held without bail in the DuPage County Jail while he awaits trial on charges stemming from the shootings March 2 that killed three members of a Darien family.

"He's always been a good parent," his attorney, Nicholas Kirkeles, said of the 28-year-old Borizov.

Attorney Nicholas Kirkeles must be living on another planet, uh huh, all "good" parents hire someone to kill their 'inlaws' - and take out the baby's maternal grandparents, maternal uncle AND their try to take out the baby momma. Uh huh....all children should be forced to establish relationships with alleged (and likely to be convicted) murderers...
Mr. Kirkeles your clients parental rights should (and likely will ) be TERMINATED! No good judge- especially not the one in court room 2003- is going to force a 19 month old child to visit his dna contributor in the county jail or prison. Not exactly a good environment for a child.
If I were this childs mother, no way, no how would I or could I coparent with the who (allegedly) murdered my parents and brother.
Mr. Kirkeles should give his client his retainer back if he thinks for a second his client will get even so much as a single jail house visit with his son. That's one attorney I will strike off my list should I ever need representation for my custody and coparenting in DuPage.
And immediately after these heinious murders occured , not one, not two but THREE, they said it wasn't a custody matter. Puhlease! :furious: :furious: :furious:
