The Illinois State Police activated an Endangered Missing Person Advisory Wednesday morning.

The Gurnee Police Department is searching for 72-year-old Katherine Bazata.

"Bazata was last seen at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Woods of Gurnee, 3775 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, where she resides."

"Bazata, a white female, is 5-foot-5 and weighs 210 pounds.

She has brown hair and was last seen wearing a light blue sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black Nike sneakers."

Looks like Heritage Woods is an Assisted Living facility. Wonder if she walked away?
