Authorities are searching for a missing 6-year-old boy from Aurora, after discovering the body of a woman in a Rockford motel on Saturday.

The father of a missing six-year-old boy from Aurora said he was still waiting late Saturday to learn the whereabouts of his son after his wife — who was found dead of an apparent suicide earlier in the day — had taken him and vanished last week.

I just saw it on Twitter. Never heard of this case but people were speculating the boy they found is him.

Still holding out hope that he’s out there somewhere making that happen.

What a wonderful wish for this little boy. I hope today is the day his dad finally gets some answers on how and where, and most of all that Timmothy was with people who wanted and grew to love him while he has been missing.

I think it is a strong likelihood a child of six would miss his parents and would remember his name. I do hope it is Timmothy.

I was just reading an interview with Timmothy's father and he says he adopted a dog named Bailey shortly after Timmothy went missing and had always hoped they would get to meet each other. Today may be the day!

“You can only imagine the challenges we’re going through in the process of identifying who he is," Collins said.

Law enforcement has not released any details about possible arrests in the case.

However, the report states the teen described his kidnappers as two men who are strong in stature, one with a spider-web tattoo on his neck and the other with a snake tattoo on his arms.

The boy was found in Newport, Ohio, by a man who spotted him wandering around the neighborhood. According to police, the boy said he was being held captive, and police took him to a local hospital.

I’m so confused. Like I said I was unfamiliar with this case. I assumed mom had him but she committed suicide at the time!?
