Mourners Bid Farewell to Saoirse Kennedy Hill at Funeral

It's the second item NBC apologies, unable to link directly to footage...
sceptical reaction to news of dump location.
Try this blob:https://www.nbcchicago.com/fbf4a141-2df6-4695-b91e-0d25d4cd288c
source told NBC that the landfill has NOT been searched.
So, we have 2 news reports from multiple media sources, both apparently without foundation or credibility.
What's going on here?

news item no longer at this location it says. ?????? (second link)

Immunity was cited as for his defense to 'grant' this useless heap of information, unworkable and unusable.
It is indeed likely he also lied to them.
I wondered, at the time, how Eliz Pollock really felt when she left the courthouse that day, having shed actual tears in an effort to protect her client?

If he's saying she's in landfill, all chopped up, the chances are she is anywhere but.
I think Wednesday has been cancelled as per Courtney's tweet wcia...
If there was any real talk of a new search we would have heard it by now....

Another aspect that often crossed my mind and keeps returning is that he very much wants nobody to ever find her because an autopsy and forensic analysis of whatever remains of her could portray a far more gruesome torture and death than we know about....
I keep receiving this notion that he threw her into a shaft, like a mine shaft.. it makes no sense to me... I couldn't even locate a single manhole from the maps on street...
Possibly there are some in the JR site...or maybe he drove to one... no way of knowing and all useless boring speculation on my part, but had he done that, the bag would have been empty when Michelle saw him take it out of the apartment, Monday.. he told her it contained a cat-tree.. they're usually tall and odd shaped.. is it possible that from the outside that the shape of whatever was in the bag resembled that?

waffle waffle...
I think some of the Danville Landfill locations were old mine workings.

just to be clear about this, there's virtually no chance that BC took the body to the Danville landfill (or would've even had access to it) -- what's been indicated is that he told his Defense attorneys which dumpster(s) he placed the remains in and then they figured out where contents of those dumpsters would've been emptied (but again, whether he told them the truth is hard to know).

Well, it was because I saw it, DM also saw it.. try it from the first link or do a search.
Well its not there now. It is saying it's been moved. The first link is about Saoirse Kennedy. I'm just letting you know for some reason, the links aren't current that you have provided. <modsnip>

Can you give a link to where that is being stated? TIA

The NBC piece which is located under 4 options under the Saoirse Kennedy link, states they dont really believe she is there.
Could you provide the actual link? Who doesn't actually believe she is there?

I won't go back to look for the exact quote, but it was something to the effect that he gave information to the Defense from which they were able to deduce where the body would end up (not that he told them where it ended up); the point being that private citizens can't just go to a landfill and dump things.
He's being doubted because 1) he's a known liar and 2) this claim came at the time of plea negotiations when it would be handy to offer such info (knowing a landfill search could prove futile), if he would get DP dropped by doing so (even with no body found).

Is this someone's opinion or was it in MSM?

it was one (or more) of the articles linked to earlier (maybe the Gazette or Tribune or one of the news stations)... I'm not clear what your concern is... do you actually think he drove out to the landfill, gained access, and just dumped bags in -- that's not how metropolitan landfills work. And the skepticism of the Prosecution about his claims was reported back when plea deal negotiations were revealed; it sounds like that skepticism carries over to LE now, though maybe a landfill search is finally being done and we will hear something at the presser?

My concern is that I don't know what is fact (i.e. reported in MSM) and what is opinion because links are not always being provided. Yes I do think it is possible he could have dumped it himself. And Kitty keeps on saying it could be in JR building, but posters are also saying about the collection for the landfill. Now I cannot see how he would have been able to dump it in his apartment dumpster before the 5 a.m. Monday collection without it being put in there over the weekend, and then beginning to decompose. Cadaver dogs would surely have detected that. Because of this speculation, I wish to see the links to MSM and what exactly they are saying was discussed in the plea negotiations about this. Perhaps someone can provide the links or point me to the post that has the links for the reported facts.

Officials: Yingying Zhang's remains could be in landfill in Vermilion County

<10% summary of article below

"CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WICS/WCCU) — Experts said it is like searching for a needle in a haystack.

One of the two landfills in Vermilion County could hold Yingying Zhang's remains.

Both of them are owned by Republic Services.

They said shortly after the trial, the defense disclosed the information under an immunity agreement.

After the government investigated, they were able to track her remains to Vermilion County.

It's not clear how Brendt Christensen disposed of her body, but government officials were able to find that Christensen purchased a large duffle bag.

Fox Illinois reached out to Republic Services for comment and they said they are fully cooperating with the investigation."

RSBM

Or, her remains would show that he knocked her on the head in the car/used ether to subdue her -- and she died right then, denying his fantasy?

We're confident he's bragging to TB in the audio. He would never admit that his sick weekend was short-circuited.

JMHO YMMV

Could well be.
That way it would have been very easy to carry her into his apartment and 'do some things to her'... I remember checkng out necrophilia sites at the beginning, working on the theory that he killed her to sell her on. I found no trace of her there but I discovered it is a lucrative business with quite a large following.
Now I'm feeling like rewinding to the beginning again...it's like you said.
Anything is still as possible now as it was at the beginning.
Thanks for that @Laughing!

I agree, we stiiiill don’t know anything about that crucial time period from when she got in the car to when he got to his apt. (in 90 mins. he was calling MZ on the phone, I presume from his apt., but what filled those 90 mins.). Assuming he took her inside the apt. in the duffel bag, then he had to stop somewhere after pick-up long enough to subdue her and put her in there, but indeed what else did he do to her at that point, before he ever arrived home?
