JBC's Facebook is full of confessions and neon signs..I spent a couple of days reading between the lines..this is someone who ticked every box and fits perfectly into this story..one way or another..I beleive he is a part of this story and I believe he is the man on the bridge...I'm kind of feeling like this was a little club and somehow they all conspired to make this happen. KAK could be a dupe in all this...but I think he was probably involved..

I always thought stalking happened..and the ski mask episode confirms that for me..

I think the cops just need to put all these people together...I don't know the purpose of the interview leak because KAK won't crack. maybe to show TK how close they actually are..

I feel like they need all the phones and companies they had phones with to farm all this information...and how do you even do it? what if JBC had a burner? Maybe they have what they need but they are cleaning out this network first and they leaked it to see who would talk to who..would it create some activity, panic ...

JBC is permanently incarcerated and I don't think he's talking so they will have to squeeze these others into talking by creating a threatening climate.

I think he's the guy on the bridge. I also think he's probably the guy in the ski mask.

I think he has killed other people.

And eviction proceedings against him to evict him from his address *in Peru* began in May 2020 and concluded in early September 2020, by which time he was in jail, presumably for this case*. When was this interview with KAK? August 2020? I wonder what precipitated JBC’s eviction.

I know that the Klines appear so clearly linked, and I think they likely are, but would either of them have thrown in the bridge for funsies? Maybe, I guess. IMO, JBC would have, knowing he had an advantage on that bridge.

KAK, in the LE interview I believe, alluded to his dad being practically tech illiterate aside from like FB. So that’s an interesting piece, whether true or not.

*Can someone who speaks Indiana legal system tell us what CC-185 means? It’s here in this case (see: 10/13/20 sentencing comment), and I swear I’ve seen it on other cases of his, but I have no idea what it means.

Thank you for so succinctly summarizing exactly my thoughts.

And as has been shown, there have been a lot of CSAM and child exploitation arrests in Indiana recently. (I’m not posting links again; the last one I shared was deleted by mods. But there are collections of links farther back in this thread still, I believe, and I still think building out this web somewhere on WS might be a good idea.) So it’s not like LE hasn’t been acting on this investigation.

I think there has just been a linchpin missing for LE, and I think JBC is it. And I think there are other deaths he should be looked at for, too.

ETA: and a reminder that the KAK/a_shots account news broke while there was some back and forth happening leading up to JBCs sentencing. Could of course be a coincidence, but like LE said to KAK about the coincidences stack and stack? The same is true for JBC. The coincidences stack and stack.

For what it's worth, here are my thoughts on the KAK/JBC thing:

In a vacuum, to me JBC is a way better suspect. He looks way more like the sketches, height and weight both in the range-ish, his known crimes are more similar to Delphi, his habits and interests align with the area of the crime scene, etc.

But when I think about it both JBC and KAK each have one super compelling piece that points strongly toward them.

I've heard many clips of JBC's voice, and to me it sounds identical to BG, I was 90% locked on him as the guy the second I heard it and still can't shake it.

But KAK, also a pretty high-percentage suspect on the surface, was in direct contact with one of the victims.

Rationally I HAVE to give that more weight than JBC's voice. My gut says it's JBC, but the available information makes me lean slightly towards KAK. I can just barely get to the thinner picture KAK if I squint as the BG, it seems wrong but I can't rule it out.

Obviously it could be a both-and scenario, but I haven't seen any information to directly suggest that and am leaving it off to the side for now.

I haven't decided where I'm at on TK, seems clear he was involved in the communications, but I don't see him as BG and I think most likely there was only one killer, so I dunno.

I'm conflicted here on a few levels!

Creating a fake personality with the sole purpose of soliciting sexual content from unsuspecting victims, thats all MO, if he could get what he wanted another way he wouldve, but this is the act of a completely socially inept individual.

This also ist the first time this has happened with catfishing (or something similar) resulting in murder.

Also 2-3 days before ISP announced the online profile, LE in South Dakota announce they now have Alicia Hummel's cellphone, which was uncovered at the crime scene, 6 years after the fact. JBC has ties to the area she was murdered in, and he was out on parole at the time; it was after her murder he requested the transfer to Indiana. I found the timing of all that very interesting too.

Yeah, I agree. It's one of the few things people see in the picture that I can make out the possibility. Possibly a neck gaiter or neck scarf, but the mask seems most likely.

Something I noted while glancing over the transcripts again this morning:

Page 42, lines 14-16, LE is describing a conversation between "emilyanne" and another "female" username, in which they are discussing an exchange of CSAM. When the other user asks what "emilyanne" is looking for, "emilyanne" sends what LE describes as a photo of a teen girl, exposing her breast, with water over the chest, then "emilyanne" says, "like this." *KAK denies any of this conversation.

I mean, I know I'm getting very technical here, but the first thing I thought of when I read that was the whole creek crossing and/or finding the bodies 50 feet from the water.

The name of JBC arose after his ugly violence against the missing 9 year old on April, 2021. But it was before that, on Aug, 2020 when KAK was interviewed (published), charged and arrested for the 30 felonies. I’d be surprised if LE wouldn’t have investigated JBCs online activity looking for evidence of CSAM at the same time as he faced all the other charges.

What both of these snakes prove to me is there’s no lack of skuzzy characters who’d make good possible suspects and so the odds are pretty high that there’s still others out there who’s name hasn’t become a topic of media speculation. JMO
