Also, on what basis could they be towing away someone else's truck? Are people thinking maybe it's a truck he used but didn't own, maybe?

Or that perhaps RL's truck was used by someone in his family for nefarious purposes. MOO
Are you commenting on my mistake of writing "maybe" twice? Or are you trying to figure out what the question is about to begin with? Something else altogether?
To clarify--I was only wondering why people were asking if we know that is RL's truck. I couldn't figure out why the search warrant would have permitted them to remove anyone else's truck.

Oh no, Etilema! I was saying that:
~I think it could be that the truck could be someone else's, parked on RL's property and he might have been using it at any time
AND
~that I think that it could be RL's truck, and someone else could have driven it at any time.
I think it could be
either of those things. Or
neither, for that matter.
I was trying to say that I think "both possibilities are possible." I posted earlier that I can think of several scenarios in which all of the above could be possible. I do not know if a SW would allow the seizure of anything on the property, regardless of ownership, but I'm thinking it's possible. I tend to see a lot of possibilities, and try to stay aware when I'm making assumptions that aren't certainties. Throughout my life in general, and while I'm here at WS.
And, I was trying to make a joke/pun on my own User Name (look underneath it.)
I feel like I've slipped into speaking Portuguese today, and/or I can't do anything right.
My apologies if I have offended you. That was not my intention at all.
