Thank you, and yes I’m posting it now to my Facebook and instagram and getting everyone I know and whoever sees it to post it now. He’s very professional and I love that he did that for me and my family for Ciera to get out there. We need all the prayers and as many people as possible looking to find my cousin. We grew up together and nobody deserves not to be with their newborn child, as a mother it’s way harder for a newborn baby and she would never leave her baby. I’m just praying and hoping for the best for her to be found safe.

Missing mom's baby child services, husband person of interest | 11alive.com

Ciera, a mother of two, shares a five-month-old baby with Xavier, who is now with child protective services.

"It's a mom with a young child,” said Lt. Kalish. “As a mom, I can't imagine leaving behind my baby. So yes, we're taking it very seriously as is the police department in Indiana. We're concerned, we're looking for her. It's not normal for someone to walk away without any contact.”

FBI Atlanta will also offer assistance in the investigation.

"I can confirm that we are offering minor assistance." An FBI Atlanta spokesperson told 11Alive.

GA police: Person of interest in Carmel woman's disappearance used electronic tracking device for stalking

Police arrested Breland in June of 2021 after investigators uncovered that he used a “concealed electronic tracking device to stalk the mother of his child.”

Investigators also tell I-Team 8 that after Breland was released on bond, he violated terms of a temporary protective order in the case and that a new warrant was issued.

In March, Xavier Breland is accused of placing a tracking device in a stuffed animal and gifted it to a child knowing the girl's mother would pick her up from school. It was the same type of tracking device that had been found on the woman's car a few months earlier, records show.

Carmel police has three cases with Xavier’s name attached: a warrant, a domestic battery, and a weapons violation. Police would not immediately provide the details of the cases.

Since they moved to Indiana from Georgia only a year ago, is the domestic battery charge related to Ciera?

A weapons violation was referenced in John Lordan's video.
 
13News learned Friday that a man found a black shirt and shorts similar to what police say Breland was wearing at the time of her disappearance. The man said the found the clothing Sunday afternoon off South Waterleaf Drive, behind the CVS Pharmacy and a daycare just off Ditch Road in Carmel. That location is just a half-mile north of where Breland was last seen.

13News has not confirmed if these are Breland's clothes, but the man said police confiscated them as possible evidence.

I'm so confused about this "last seen" thing. Are they just taking the POI's word for it, or was she actually seen by someone other than the husband/POI?
