Motion for Rule to Show Cause filed by the State....did XB not show for trial?
I haven't been able to find any MSN coverage...I did ask WTHR/Rich Nye who reported on the case previously but he stated: I have been tracking this case. But I will be at church camp next week serving as a cabin leader. I have alerted the newsroom and I hope we will follow the case.

This quote is from your article; I didn't know her parents have custody. I wondered why his mother wasn't pursuing her custody case.

"Family members believe Ciera was waiting for a suitable opportunity to make her move. However, that moment never materialized. Subsequently, Ciera's parents have been granted custody of the couple's child, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing investigation into Ciera's disappearance."

Xavier allegedly threatened this woman, an advocate for Cierra Breland, during a break in the trial last week. Blaire Duncan is speaking out tonight at 6 on @WTHRcom
The woman that was threatened by XB was also threatened by his mother and is posting on FB in the public Where is Ciera Breland group:

He and co-defendant -- charged together. Seems like they didn't fight each other, they teamed up...

Hothead.
