And she had records!! I mean the DuPaul’s have them. This guy just did a favor for a friend. He’s unprofessional.

Going through the Prosecutor's witness list again.
I thought the PRIOR ARRESTING OFFICERS had to be for the Barnett’s-
Nope- from the Dr. Phil show we learned Kristine had Natalia call the police on herself, and she WAS HANDCUFFED & ARRESTED and released later.
Their testimony should be real interesting ...
You, of course are correct.
I think I’m gonna call on Monday and leave him a message -It just makes me laugh. His hard swallowing and weird smile. Knowing what I know of what he wrote he looks like a clown here to me.
And adding to this. Even if you know nothing about dwarfism and missed that lecture in med school...if you take on a patient with dwarfism you have a responsibility to research it so you can provide adequate medical care and advice!Maybe it's not so easy for a layperson but a doctor has no excuse. Especially one writing a letter to a judge about a patient providing medical evidence for a petition that will severely disrupt her life. If he doesn't know the difference between the major types of dwarfism he shouldnt be diagnosing a dwarfism type in a legal document.
Thanks for that. I’m pretty sad to be. It would be infinitely more interesting and not heartbreaking if she was an adult scammer. I feel the need to defend her. She’s getting crucified out there. And after what’s she already been through that’s the worst.
It’s a testament to the Mans that she’s doing so well.
Makes me jelly of kids that way.The no accent would actually support N. being a child much more than N. being an adult. It's a lot easier to learn a language when one is a child. The older you are, the harder it is to learn.
how do you know the investigator died?I don’t think so. IIRC the ICE investigation only stopped because the investigator died. The current investigation started due to a child attending adult classes.
I wonder if he knows he effed up and has been worried about this catching up to him. Or if he really always believed in what he was saying. He had plenty of time to backtrack between 2012 and 2016 and didn't. He actually doubled down on it. He should be begging for her forgiveness. It just makes me laugh. His hard swallowing and weird smile. Knowing what I know of what he wrote he looks like a clown here to me.
I bet it was them missing baby teeth or “toddler” clothes the “media only shows her in children’s clothes” *pounds head on desk* dwarfs shop in children section unless they can get clothes specially made. <mod snip: link to random FB violates TOS>Isn’t it strange that EVERYONE that isn’t a professional knew instinctively & immediately she was a child the minute the met her?
That's the thing with children moving to a new country. They learn new language really well but they would forget their native language easily, especially if it's not spoken at home (which would obviously be the case with N). So her not speaking her native language (whether it would be Russian or Ukrainian) would be consistent with her moving to US as a young child. You really have to turn yourself in knots to make this remotely believable. The not speaking Ukranian thing is baffling too. Firstly Mykolaiv is in the Russian speaking part of Ukraine. They know her place of birth but didnt look up anything about the place their daughter was born?? Part of their petition to change her age cited Ukraine not having reliable records but now they suggest she isnt from Ukraine anyway? But she found a woman in Ukraine who looks just like her to pretend to be her mother and go along with it?
He also said he believes Natalia has been scamming people into thinkbig she is a child so they will take care of her. LOL makes no sense.
The not speaking Ukraine thing. She was 4 when she came to the U.S. when the Barnett’s got her she was 6. kids apapt easier. That's the thing with children moving to a new country. She was locked up when they portioned the court. New family spokesperson confirmed.I don’t know about that but she was a kid at the time. Around 9-10? So she wouldn’t have the faintest idea how to get representation and file an objection.
A court appointed attorney should’ve represented her interests in that proceeding.
Apparently there was one for the second proceeding in 2016 but he couldn’t make headway because the court wasn’t going to challenge the first determination.

Probably because psychopathic con artist sounds better than schizophrenic con artist.Yeah and I don't think the parents have mentioned schizophrenia in their interviews. I know Kristine didn't. She's changed it to psychopathy and the schizophrenia diagnosis is suddenly unimportant. Presumably because children can have that.
