See, everything is now in a new potential context and perspective. Even if we discussed it, it is still something I want to note. I realize they haven’t officially ruled out two suspects, however...long story, too much to type. Going back to bagging and tagging but marking spot here because I still think it’s important, jmo, and want to go back to the media thread & discussion thread around this date for cross reference. Jmo.

Did you also note the June 1, 2020 photo?
He is standing in front of a tree on the ground (wearing striped shirt) and there appears to be papers/drawings on the ground in the background (look directly over his head).

I"m behind in the thread so this might have been mentioned already, but was the bike in the tree during his homeless time? If so, he might have hid the bike in the tree while he slept so nobody would steal it.

Yes, that’s the area. I originally spotted it as an anomaly but couldn’t quite figure it out until our friendly mod also recognized my puzzle too. Then I could see it clearly..but for her to come in in cold like that. And I’m serious, it took her less than a second to say those words. Instantly. Idk why, I almost got emotional.

There’s only one post from another member commenting that he shaved. It’s dated 6/1/2020. So we might ponder if before this date he had some facial hair, maybe a beard, mustache or goatee? I think he was proud of his new well groomed look and wanted to show it off.

The face is at a slight angle with the brown hair flowing. I can see her eyes, nose and mouth. Tell you what. Try this: go to the link. Hold/press down slightly on the photo for a sec until the option for ‘Add to photos’ click add and then you can work with it in whatever program ya got to magnify and reduce. Back and forth for perspective. Try looking at different angles. You almost got to tilt your head to the right and left a bit to see it.

Actually, Carter said that the voice belonged to the man on the bridge with the girls. What he didn't say is that the man in the photograph is the killer. Carter said the person in the second sketch is the killer, but we don't know the relationship between that person and sketch #1 and/or the man on the bridge.

The man on the bridge who Libby managed to capture with her cellphone, video and audio, has consistently been referred to as The Suspect, so yes it’s he’s who’s believed to be the killer by LE. The photos were created from frames from Libby’s video. That same Suspect on the bridge was initially depicted by the first sketch, then upon the change to the New Direction, the second sketch.

We talked about this at the time. It seems to have meant that they don't have hard evidence that would rule out the possibility of a second person, not that they necessarily thought there was a second person. Cops being extremely specific about what they can prove versus what's assumed.

I've often wondered if the perpetrator "hid" his "trophies" or "reminders" somewhere in the area around the Tippecanoe River or somewhere around the crime scene vicinity (but not too close).

Perhaps this pic is in an area where he hid some "trophies" or "reminders". Whenever I see his "water" photos I think of this as well.

Following a thought pattern he had his own secluded homeless camp or hideout. Just like an Outlaw.

Can you please link where LE says that the first sketch and second sketch depict the same person? I don't ever recall LE saying that the first sketch and the second sketch depict the "same suspect."

LE has always referred to the BG as a suspect. But for what crime? An accessory? Killer? I don't think that anyone doubts BG was involved but in what capacity? Since the second sketch has been released, I don't ever recall them saying that BG/sketch #1 is the killer. They have only said that sketch #2 is the killer. And while they have never stated that there are two perps, they have left that door open. Also, LE has not been clear about the relationship between the two sketches. For some reason, they don't want to eliminate the possibility that there was a second person involved. Maybe it's because they don't truly know or maybe they don't want to show too much of their hand.

Definitely not! I’m glad they are. But as much as I want it to be him, I will wait until LE tells me to be hopeful

I'm also thinking of Anna, Abby's Mom.

May they all be surrounded by comfort, love and strength, as they wait during this very difficult time.

Indiana State Police clarify reasons for 2nd sketch in Delphi murders case - WISH-TV | Indianapolis News | Indiana Weather | Indiana Traffic


Police also made these points Thursday about the two sketches:

• They are not the same person.
• The person depicted in the originally released sketch is not presently a person of interest in this investigation.
• The sketch released Monday is representative of the face of the person captured in the video on Liberty German’s cellphone as he was walking on the high bridge a place where the girls were hiking.
• The person in the sketch released Monday is described as having a youthful appearance, but could fall in the age range from his 20s to late 30s.
• This person’s appearance could look different today if he has grown a mustache, beard or let his hair grow longer or cut his hair shorter than depicted in the sketch.
