@Deerrun I forgot to tell y’all about the tilde (~)wildcard
Free Public Records Search - judyrecords
Quick tips (from advanced search)
  • Trigger improved name matching
    • Strict mode (name + 3 commas)
      • barack h obama,,,
    • Lenient mode (name + 2 commas)
      • donald john trump,,
    • Trying strict then lenient matching with a full middle name often produces the best results.
    • Valid name formats to apply strict or lenient name matching:
      • first middle last
      • first m last
      • first last
    • Sometimes both modes will produce the same results.
    • If extra filtering is needed, additional qualifiers may be specified after the name part.
      • donald j trump,, texas
      • barack obama,, ("affordable care act" OR "aca")
  • Exact phrase proximity
    • "donald j trump"~4 - allow those terms to be up to 4 words out of order.
      • Matches "donald j trump" but also "trump donald j".
    • "trump casino"~5
      • Search for trump close to the word casino.

Wildcards and Fuzzy Search: *, ?, and ~

Using an asterisk (*) allows wildcard searches. For example, immigra* finds all words beginning with "immigra". This can also be used at the beginning or middle of words, at both the beginning and the end of a word, or even all three. For example, you can find all words containing two esses side-by-side with the following query: *ss*. You could also find words with two esses separated by other letters with a query such as: *s*s*. This would find cases containing words like "susan" or "assistant".

The question mark character (?) can be used similarly as a single letter wildcard. For example, this would find cases containing the word "immigrant" or "emmigration": ?mmigra*

Fuzzy search can be applied using the tilde character (~) after a word. This is an advanced parameter that allows searches for misspellings or different variations of a word's spelling. For example, searching for immigrant~ would find words similar to "immigrant". Values can also be added after the tilde to indicate how similar different spellings must be. The default value, if none is given, is 0.5. Values can range between 0 and 1, with 1 being exact, and 0 being very sloppy. Fuzzy searches tend to broaden the result set, thus lowering precision, but also casting a wider net.

Wildcards are used in search terms to represent one or more other characters.

The two most commonly used wildcards are:

  • An asterisk (*) may be used to specify any number of characters. It is typically used at the end of a root word, when it is referred to as "truncation." This is great when you want to search for variable endings of a root word.
    • For example: searching for educat* would tell the database to look for all possible endings to that root. Results will include educate, educated, education, educational or educator.
  • A question mark (?) may be used to represent a single character, anywhere in the word. It is most useful when there are variable spellings for a word, and you want to search for all variants at once.
    • For example, searching for colo?r would return both color and colour.

If you do not use AND, OR, NOT to separate your search terms, all terms combined with the AND operator. Below are additional tips for using Boolean operators:

  • OR, NOT and AND must be written in ALL CAPS.
  • To expand the results set, use the OR operator, e.g., army OR navy OR "air force" OR marines will return items that contain any of these terms.
  • To exclude items, use the NOT operator or minus sign (-) before a term, e.g., animal NOT dog, will not include results with the term “dog”. Note: This will also exclude any records that contains both the terms animal and dog.
  • Use parentheses to change the order of how a search is processed, e.g., ptsd AND army OR military vs. ptsd AND (army OR military). The first search will return all articles discussing "ptsd and army", as well as any article with the term military.
Search Fields (DOI, ISBN, Title, etc.)

Terms entered in the search box are automatically searched across many fields. If you wish to narrow your search to a specific search field, use Advanced Search to view the full list of searchable fields and select a specific field.
  • For example, the search ISSN:(1234-5678), finds records that contain the value 1234-5678 in the ISSN field.
Truncation & Wildcards

Searches can be performed using the wildcards (?,*) and double quotes.

  • Question mark (?) will match any one character. It cannot be used as the first character of a search.
    • For example, wom?n can be used to find woman or women.
  • Asterisk (*) will match zero or more characters within a word or at the end of a word.
    • A search for ch*ter would match charter, character, and chapter.
    • A search for temp*, will match all suffixes, such as temptation, temple and temporary.
  • Use "double quotes" to search for a specific phrase, e.g., "caregiver support"

Getting Started With Your Search

» Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) and fielded searching are supported in BASIC, ADVANCED, and COMMAND SEARCH. Boolean operators must be in ALL CAPS.

» Proximity operators NEAR/ONEAR can be used in BASIC and COMMAND search.

» Maximum of 40 terms (15 terms per search clause). Note: The words within phrases are counted separately (e.g., “cloud computing” is two terms).

» Use quotes (“ ”) for an exact phrase and to turn off stemming.

Stemming and Wildcards

» IEEE Xplore automatically finds pluralized nouns, verb tenses, and British/American spelling variations.

» Two WILDCARDs are supported.

1. An asterisk (*) represents a single character, multiple characters, or no characters.

Example: secur* retrieves securing, secures, security, etc.

2. A question mark (?) represents a single character.

Example: wom?n retrieves woman or women.

» WILDCARDs can be used with NEAR/ONEAR operators and when searching full-text.

» WILDCARDs can be used anywhere in a word.

• Example: *surg* retrieves surgery, surgical, neurosurgery,

microsurgeons, etc.

» Maximum of 5 WILDCARDs per search. An additional WILDCARD can be used in “Search Within Results.”

» Minimum of 3 characters required for WILDCARDs (Exception: Author Facet, minimum of 2 characters)

» WILDCARDs can be used within exact phrases.

• Example: “health inform*” retrieves “health inform”,

“health informatics”, “health information”, etc.

I noted the change of expression and darkened eyes. To me it was an expression of evil. Pretty creepy!

He talks about *advertiser censored* a few times. I wonder if LE will find images of children?

Was he grooming this child? Had she been to his home before or seen him outside with his dogs?
It was very risky behavior to grab your neighbor''s child. He obviously has no impulse control. I think his *advertiser censored* comments were to further mock females, in general. I doubt this child had been in his home before because she is living. I do not see him being interested in grooming but killing and torture. I pray this baby girl recovers quickly and becomes a world-class profiler one day.

It is super hard to keep track of his crimes and sentencing. I have been going through them methodically and I get mixed up. I really wonder if he could keep track which crimes he was on parole/probation for. He didn't always bother showing up for court dates so I don't think any of it mattered to him. He lives in the moment. My opinion.

jmo

Yes, I agree that even JBC seems like he can't keep track of all his run-ins with the law!
Personally, I don't necessarily believe that "13.5 years in prison/jail" as a fact, until proven. JMO

So this dimwit managed to turn vandalism into a number of years in prison with a series of remarkably poor decisions and poor impulse control. Vandalism -> arrest -> punch cop -> assault -> prison -> punch guard -> more prison. I guess eventually he learned some self-control, he did manage to get out.

Wait! You get out of jail if you assault an officer and a guard?

Agree totally. The impulse and urge was there and he acted upon it apparently without thought. He has no impulse control.

No grooming or ritual. Immediately attacked and subdued. Straight to the point.

The immediate level of violence shown is shocking.

MOO

In the Inside Edition interview with his (step?) brother and step father the short clip they play of James, the very first word/tone he says sounds very very similar to the tone used at the start of the famous "go down the hill" audio clip.

What do others think? I have not listened to any of his other videos, just going by what I heard very briefly in the clip Inside Edition selected.

link to interview from media thread. Clip I'm referring to is around 1 minute 22 second mark where he says "I also don't really like people". It's the "I also" that is so similar to me.

A young girl in a room by herself in her underwear.
Imprisoned from the world outside for protection?
Disturbing that he likes this.
Good find grandma.

Somebody. Somebody. LE. Needs to put this man away forever. Forever!
Anyone remember the link from another site I posted yesterday? It means “It’s good to be a lowlife”

This is Chadwell’s music I found:
As long as he is convicted, I don't think he's ever getting out of prison this time. The maximum sentence for the attempted murder charge alone is forty years. Imo

I think the killer's voice sounds deeper, like an older man. The accent is similar, though.

I think it sounds similar. Especially considering sitting relaxed in a lawn chair vs. approaching 2 girls to kill them with adrenaline on full pump - is likely to sound somewhat different.

BBM for reference:

Inmate faces assault sentence
October 15, 2002

“PIERRE - A South Dakota Penitentiary inmate from Rapid City faces an additional prison sentence of up to 15 years after being convicted of aggravated assault at an Oct. 11 court trial in Pierre.

““Chadwell was sentenced to prison in 2000 for an aggravated assault conviction in Pennington County. According to court records, Chadwell was convicted of punching a Rapid City police officer who was trying to arrest him in connection with damage caused to a vehicle parked in downtown Rapid City.””

I am curious about his address in Rapid City and possible remaining ties to the area... as Serenity Dennard was also 9 when she disappeared from Pennington county 2 years ago and just hearing he'd lived there before made my hair stand on end.
