Its hard to picture but there are two tasty feezes (sort of) the original tasty freeze which i believe (i can check on this if you all want) has a camera looking SE to SW. TF2 which is actually not called tasty freeze, but is often inaccurately refered to as Tasty Freeze by locals, is right next door and most likely faces south west. The property that both restaurants sit on are angled kind of funky. The property kind of comes to a V so it's difficult to tell which road she is on in the second video.
I believe the first video is caught from TF2 and the second from tasty freeze. If someone can post both videos for me to look at i should be able to get a better idea which video was taken from which location and possibly which roads she was traveling.
Just didn't know if you all knew this.
I am thinking that the fact she left her phone at the VFW is just a coincidence. I think she left the VFW and either went to the Southside, or home. Both are reasonable assumptions from a geographical standpoint, and either would fall in line with where she was picked up on camera. Two things stand out to me as to what happened afterwards. First, if it is her vehicle caught on camera behind the Tastee Freeze, she took a different route to get there, or she would have been caught on both cameras there the second time. Second, it is difficult to tell for sure, but if you compare the videos, the first one appears to be travelling at a normal rate of speed. The second video appears to be in slow motion for the Television broadcast, but the very first part of that video has not been altered. To me, it appears that the vehicle in the second video is travelling much faster.
My thoughts are that whatever happened to her happened either at the Southside, at her home, or in the area of the Southside or her home. Assume that she was abducted in one of these locations. The abductor would likely want to avoid travelling down the main street in town, which would be Locust street if indeed it is her vehicle behind the Tastee Freeze. Since She wasn't captured on video in front of the Tastee Freeze the second time around, I think a likely route would be along Walnut street, which runs parallel to Locust, intersects with Hwy 62, and crosses right next to Tastee Freeze. That is the only scenario that makes sense to me right now.
No kidding. I never would have thought we would have a case this close to home. Id glad to see other locals coming aboard. Sometimes you think you are the only one in your area on WS .
I wonder if those doors were opened by the cleaning guy to air out the place or for easy access to dump the garbage. Both sets of restrooms are close to two different doors leading outside. I suppose if they were back by the kitchen with exhaust fans going from the grill, juke box (if they have one) still on, i think abducted from the restroom without screams being heard is a possibility. Although, that would be pretty guttsy on an abductors part. Unless they were mentally ill or something.

She may have thought the bartender friend may have saw her phone and took it with her.I feel strongly she headed out of town or edge of town on one of the N roads from the E side of town.
I posted with you on that case and remember you doing that. I saw The Disclosure did an article about Kk and Jl.
That was quite a week, wasn't it? I can't believe it's been two years ago this week. I still think about Jessi and Jacob a lot. Especially when a case like Kristy's comes up. I know the circumstances aren't really the same, but my brain is trying to connect them.
Jacob and Jessi's murders were kind of random but not random, you know? Jacob probably recognized Coston as someone who lived down the road, but didn't really know him well. Still, he probably thought it was OK to give him a ride. I wonder if something similar happened to Kristy. She saw someone she recognized, or maybe went to meet someone she knew, but didn't know very well. She thought they were OK, let them get in her vehicle, and then things went bad.
Here are two backroads map that I could only attach to a word document. One map is West of Boonville and the other map is East of Boonville. The backroads map came from the Indiana backroads atlas map that I have.
If you look at the maps, the maps shows the backroads in the Boonville area. It also shows the waterways and the forest wetlands in that area.
Even though I do not live in Indiana, I believe the backroads maps of the Boonville area will be useful for everyone.
