I think a comment had stated on one of the stories that the "no trespass list' is a pretty ******** thing and tons of people are on it/have been on it. I think the list is being portrayed as a much bigger deal. It is most likely a list that a bunch of rowdy drunk kids get thrown on to "scare" them into being good boys and girls. I think CR is probably a heavy drinker who has spent more time playing party playboy then perfect student. I doubt he is, by any means an angel, but I just think people have shoved this off on him very quickly. Considering how cooperative he has been I just don't see it being him. I also think if he is innocent he is sitting down and HEAVILY reconsidering this whole bringe drinking lifestyle he has going on. If he IS innocent he sure as hell must be kicking himself for drinking to blackout.

I also don't think his "blackout" story is just a story. It looks like this kid is a HEAVY drinker and I think every college student has had a blackout once or twice. We were just lucky enough that the only thing to go missing on those nights were a cell phone or wallet, not a person.
 
If LS's IU friends know more than they are saying, it could have absolutely nothing to do with her disappearance, and more to do with their party habits.
JMO.
 
Something seems strange about this post by JW on the FB MISSING:LS group:

"from someone who spent nearly every waking moment with Lauren, trust me, she is incredible. Bad things happen to good people. please we cannot give up hope we have to bring her home"

Maybe he's just assuming whatever happened to LS is bad, but it makes me wonder about him.

Some of my thoughts withbwhat we know thus far..

- Boyfriend still has the most at stake here. Meaning motive wise..his alibi seems to be much like I feared it would be(vague, alone, almost impossible to corroborate).. I still feel much like my post a couple days ago when I detailed a theory involving Jesse..

- a couple who were first labeled a loving, long term relationship.. His stating that she is his number 1 priority In life backed up with her roomate agreeing to that statement and added that is why Jesse's so protective of Lauren because he loves her so much.. Red flags IMO. And a young immature roomate who thinks that this obsessive/possessive equals romantic/in love..

- the night of.. According to Jesse they had plans to meet up.. Why? Was this late game he was watching alone that important that he was to meet up with Lauren later??
We know Lauren and friends were already partying at their Smallwood complex.. Lauren leaves at 12:30am with her phone to go to Kilroy's.. Still no call or plans to meet up with Jesse?'? Obviously not as we know per Jesse she never called.. Why? I thought Jeese said they had plans to meet up and by 12:30am his important game he was watching was over..yet Lauren did not call and t infact went over to Kilroy's til it close at 2:30am where she had hooked up with new friend Corey..and when bar closed she left with Corey and went back to her Smallwood Apt..no phone or shoes at this point and obviously no call to long term bf Jesse with whom she had supposed plans.. It was 2:30am.. When exactly were these plans for& your telling me that Jesse wouldn't have called Lauren by now??.. *Well if by chance he hadn't what happened next IMO would have guarantees Jesse at the very least calling Laurens phone..

- due to the 2:40am physical altercation that took place in
Lauren's 5th floor lobby.. Why? And with whom was this altercation between?? Between Corey and Jesse's friends who were none too happy to see Corwy with their best bud Jesse's long term girlfriend.. Jesse's number 1 priority in life, Lauren..
As I have voiced previously, and some may disagree and that is perfectly fine.. But without a doubt in mind if not BEFORE JWs friends altercation with Corey.. Then DEFINITELY immediately after the altercation these friends contacted Jesse.. There just is no doubt about IMO(and phone records will easily tell the story)

- 2:45am Lauren and Corey leave the Smallwood Apts and are enroute to Corey's apt together.. This has been described by several that this is a 3-5min walk at the most..even drunk and stumbling..no more than a 5 min walk..That would put LS/CR ETA 2:50-2:55 at the latest..
Which does coincide with Amin's acct of shortly before 3am his having seen the purple pouch with the keys near the alley.. But he does not pick them up..then we have the last known video of Lauren seen approx 3:10am near this same alley.. LE doesn't name who the friend is that is seen with LS and they now allude to their actually being some type "activity" seen on this last video..

So at this point in time of the night my questions are this..
Is Amin's time wrong? And he actually saw the pouch after 3am? With his friend seeing it is the same place even later and picks it up and places on the railing..

Or have LS/CR already hone thru this alley area and LS loses the pouch/keys around 2:45-2:55.. Then immediately after Amin happens upon the pouch/keys a little before 3am.. And then LS and a friend(don't know if still CR or now someone different) that are seen on this same cam for the last time involved in some "activity" around 3:10am??

Does anyone have clarity about this specific point??
TIA to anyone who can help clarify this..

Well to be fair, I presume most of us are assuming that whatever happened to LS wasn't good.

I dont think it's strong or "intense" that JW says those things about LS. When I was younger, I thought I was in love just a few months after dating. It's young love. Of course these kids have such strong feelings for each other, and I see no issues with him saying that she is his whole life or his number one priority.

Anyway, that being said, I think she died by accident. I dont necessarily think it was due to her heart condition. I think there was a confrontation either with LS and JR or with LS and JW. Perhaps she fell down the stairs, hit her head on the cement, etc. Something that was an accident but one of these boys felt they could end up getting blamed for...especially knowing she was drunk and underage.

Additionally, one of these groups of boys are innocent. There are two groups of friends, who obviously dont get along with each other, therefore if one of them did it, the other group honestly knows nothing about it.
 
What is the reason for the great tension perceived between media and LE, I wonder?

Lots of times, though, such intense relationships lead to tragedy and/or violence, we have seen it on WS often enough.
 
Yes, LE does imply that there is some activity depicted on that tape. Obviously not clear what that is. Walking could be an acitivity. Amin's time could obviously be off as well. I doubt he wrote down the exact time he found the purse.

Oh, I agree. I just wanted to state that if he is innocent, there is nothing wrong with those emotions. I also dont want to presume he's guilty either just because he loves her a lot.

There has been absolutely no time given for when CR was supposed to have been passed out in bed. I don't see who else it could have possibly been to fit with the rest of the story.
 
20/21 is not really young love anymore... I'd say young love is more like 15/16. At 20/21 relationships get a lot more serious nad mature.

Honestly, I think it would be really stupid for these guys to be covering up an accident for so long.

Either someone harmed her intentionally - and the bf seems like the only one with a motive - or a stranger snatched her off the streets at 4am when she was walking alone.
 
I think the Captain said at Friday's news conference that the last time Lauren was caught on tape was WITH Corey at around 3-3:30am walking back to Corey's apt after the fight.

Maybe the activity is someone watching them? Them fighting? Making-out? Who the heck knows. Maybe a car? Who knows!!
 
True, but we still don't know if CR is in the video. If the video shows CR and LS, then the timeline is a little different than some of what I've read. I just don't know how much of these three friends' stories to believe.
 
Did anyone ask the guys if Lauren insisted on walking home alone? Just wondering if it ever came up as to whether she insisted, or it was just normal to walk home alone, no matter the time. I understand the college atmosphere makes people feel safer, but it seems she had had quite a long and eventful night.
