Rogers questioned Markle about the potential of Lindsey being knocked out in a "hog tied manner."

Seriously? So now this was a beast of an intruder who came into the house. He manhandled SL into a position in order to "hog-tie" him, and SL was so wasted he didn't bother to fight back? (And didn't even knock the blanket or the remote off the sofa) Then he picked up SL while he was unconscience and carefully carried him into the babies room, so he didn't have to disturb all the stuff on the floor. Then he UN-tied him. And RE-tied him with only his hands behind his back??

Um....ok.....Wow!

Shaking my head at that bizarre explanation.
The remote control has super natural powers. I don't know about most people, but my remote never stays where I put it.

I am shaking my head too. I get out of bed and my remote falls on the floor. Almost every single time. How it stayed on the sofa is just amazing to me.

From the first link:
"Jones told the jury that he thinks Lindsey and his brother, Shawn Lindsey, staged the incidents".

So LE does think SL's Brother was involved! I have always thought he was, but we couldn't discuss it without the MSM link.

I saw that too! Makes me think back to when I was sure I saw there had been a "conspiracy" charge. Another one of those things that makes you go hmmm...

I always thought there was something strange there:

Whenever SL withheld the baby from Melinda, it was always his brothers house he did it at;
(What kind of decent person would want to be a party to that?).

Then the odd 911 calls;

And the baby ends up with the Brother...

The Chicago Tribune article today states that the defense attorney pointed to to a video of SL banging his head on a table when the police were interrogating him after the murder and pointed out that SL didn't get any bruises from doing that, and this could explain why SL didn't have any bruises on his neck from being choked out. He apparently doesn't bruise easily.

In the following article from the NW Indiana Times dated November 17, 2015, it states SL's brother testified that day that following the home invasion, SL suffered from head injuries.

I'm curious as to what kind of head injuries he sustained and how he received those injuries. Were the head injuries caused by his encounter with the intruder, or were they caused by banging his own head on the table?

I think either the brother is lying about the "head injuries" or SL told him he had a head injury. Had there been a REAL head injury, the evidence would have been supported by a doctor, a medical report, an emergency room record, etc.

Yes, and the stalker did all of this in 10 seconds or less and then made it to melindas room, found the gun and shot her just as sl was coming to. Simply amazing. I hope the prosecution stages a reenactment to show this is not logistically possible.

That is what I think, too.

No part of this story adds up to me, either. Other than I'm sure his head had to hurt after he banged it repeatedly on the table. LOL!

I do not recall reading that LE made such a strong remark about their belief on this in the previous trial. If they did, I didn't see it in the news. Wow!

I don't either! I also don't remember the defense sounding quite so desperate in the last trial either! Hog-tying? Why would he even ask that question??? And yesterday asking Melinda's mom if she or their family had "disliked Lindsey because he is part Korean". Roger's also asked her if "anyone (her or anyone in her family) used any racial epithets for Asians toward Lindsey or his daughter with Melinda, which she denied.

I found this line of questioning offensive and out of line. That baby is this woman's own granddaughter. And by all accounts, she loves this baby. And they may not have liked SL. But it was because he treated their daughter poorly and because he's a jerk. Not because of his ancestory. Grasping at straws, if you ask me.

I am not sure what the attitudes of Steven's in-laws have to do with his guilt or innocence. Did he or did he not shoot their daughter in the head while she slept? Everything else is moot. Or should be.

It looks like the defense is trying to pull a Johnny Cochran. It's so predictable (and pathetic) because they have run out of other viable suspects to shift the blame to.

I've noticed that too. The SL defense has made several moves that are straight out of the OJ Simpson defense playbook. Although the tactics proved to be "successful" for OJ Simpson back in 1995, I think (overall) the public opinion was outrage.

Hopefully that opinion has carried over to today's jury pools.

Oh...I'm not sure, "the tactics were successful"... I think they saturated those people with so much confusing BS they stupefied the poor b@zterds!

SL doesn't have a chauffeur, or personal entourage to muddy the waters. I suppose they could make him try on the cleaning gloves for fit, (but that would open can of worms, the defense probably doesn't want to go there lol!). The prosecution is making mince meat out of the defense this time around. From where I sit, it's looking good! ( or bad, if your...SL!).

Looks like another good day for the prosecution.

VALPARAISO — The white zip ties that were used to bind the hands of accused murderer Steven Lindsey could only be found locally at electrical supply stores, Porter County Police Detective Brian Dziedzinski told jurors Friday afternoon.

Ut-oh!!!

Dziedzinski said he was also able to obtain the same type of zip ties from companies that had employed Lindsey, who worked as a lineman.

Ut-oh!!

Dziedzinski further testified Friday that after noticing from a police officer's body camera that the movie "The Cabin in the Woods" was playing on the television at Lindsey's house on the morning of the killing, he was able to determine the movie was started at 4:33 a.m. or a little later, which is a of couple hours after Steven Lindsey claimed to have laid down to go to sleep.

More big problems!!!

I think these are HUGE problems. Someone started a movie at 4:33 a.m. or a little after in that house. Someone was up at that time to start that movie, and had to have done so with the intention of watching it. I don't remember this being reported during the last trial.

I also don't recall it being reported the zip this were specialty electrical ties in the last trial, either.

Very interesting!
