All concurrent.

She had only a $15,000 bond, so I don't know if she was held pending trial.

Time Served calculated from arrest date: 1 year 5 months 17 days
Time Served calculated from sentence date: 6 months 30 days

What is it with Indiana and these ridiculous sentences?

I have been unable to locate Jesse Pacheco. The last I saw he was being held in Johnson County Jail with a $60,000 bond. He could still be pre-trial. Johnson County does not allow access to the names of their inmates, so I can't check.

That's it! These poor children used as living punching bags and that's all she got. I pray these babies are safe in someone else's care and the mother never gets to see them again, but, looking at the sentence, I am sure that is not going to be the case.
