Hey, I was happy to see Truecrimediary.com cover your family's story.
About the police - I have to ask, please don't take offense, have they ever directly asked you to NOT talk about this case on the internet?
I wonder if they are witholding more than the normal amount of info from you because they are afraid you'd talk about it online and in view of their suspects. I definitely am NOT implying that you would. I just wonder if that's a concern of theirs, but if it is they should have made it clear to you.

LE have NEVER directly told me to stop net-working or talking on the inter-net. I dont think LE is worried about info getting on the net by me as I have not told/wrote anything they told me on the net ~ nothing I am aware of (that is). There is substantial information on this case that LE has shared behind close doors that I have never shared with anyone - not even on PM.. and certainly not on an open forum.
I dont think there is an issue with LE and the networking.. but with AMW and other writers taking their own turn there might be a concern.. who knows what LE thinks most if the time anyway. I still dont understand my last meeting with them.

LE never made it clear to me regarding anything that pertains networking... Only mention the networking and that they know I have worked very hard to keep the media and info on the case active. This does give them more tips and leads.

I hope everyone will take time to be at the 4th Annual Terry and Darleen Anderson Candlelight Memorial on Saturday, October 24, at 11:30am, at the gravesites of Terry and Darleen Anderson in the Mongo, Indiana, Cemetery. This service commemorates the 4th anniversary of the very brutal double homicide of Terry and Darleen in their Mongo, Indiana, homes, a crime that remains unsolved to this very day, despite a $25,000 reward. Please take a few minutes and show your support for the Anderson family and for justice! ​

sorry for your lost rosco.
as someone who obsessed over a criminal case for years, myself, networking actually helped a bit when the case went to trial (i was able to locate an actual witness online thru pure chance). the lawyers told me to keep off sites and stuff cause they didnt want info leaked. but i guess they should have been more worried about COURT Cause in the end they are the ones that blew it.......

If I recall correctly in the previous years the public has not made as much of an appearence at the memorial, correct? You would think in a small town like Mongo the public would turn out to support their own but I guess the situation makes a lot of them uncomfortable so they avoid it. I hope you have a good turnout this year but remember that this is for you and your family to commemorate your parent's and try to bring as much attention as possible to their case. If the public wants to shut it out then just push harder, girl.

Yea - town is really scarse with pps who show. There were about a dozen last year. I'm hopin for more this year - but like u said it's for us and keepin the unsolved homicides in the public view.

I don't think they have a clue what they are talking about and are just using the board as some kind of sick outlet which allows them to put aside their insecurities and use the anonymity of the web to do and say whatever they please.

I agree, and hope some WSers will go to Topix and show their support for Sherry from this person or persons. Sherry s VERY nervous about her and her family's safety, now.

Oh no! This is the last thing she needs to worry about. I understand her fears - I would be nervous too but I really think this person is all talk and has too much time on his hands. That said, she should be very because you never know. Did she tell the police? Perhaps they could station someone outside of her hotel or wherever she is staying.

I will brave the topix board to show some love for Sherry ( I must REALLY like you Rosco! I don't endure the Topix board for just anyone you know )

It's a hard day today.

Topix is NOT helping ~ but I'm not letting this negitive energy get me more down today than I will be.

I venture to the 4th Memorial - head high and very proud at what has happend since last year. Got on AMW.COM!!! Right!!!
