IN - Terry and Darleen Anderson Murder, Mungo, 22 Oct 2005 - #3

With all due respect, Terry Durbin has not been convicted of anything, so we cannot say he has the capacity to kill. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, especially on WS. :)

Beyond that, it makes for an interesting twist to the case, but again, consider the source. Maybe someone should tell Durbin's attorney that someone ("A") is going online telling people he was arrested for a murder that he was not arrested for. That's slander and libel, and might loosen his lips a little.

As of October 29th, 2010 at aprox.9:30 p.m Tery Durbin was found GUILTY of murdering Patrick D. Cheadle. He was found guilty of Felony Murder and on Robbery. I will also tell you, first hand, Terry Durbins last statement in response to a question ask by a jurror was that he was GREEDY, along with a smile.

A quick refresher: Terry Durbin worked for the same tree service as Terry Anderson, and usually on the same truck, with Durbin as driver and Anderson as passenger, typically. Durbin also hung out with Anderson at Anderson's house, often in the same barn he was murdered in, along with daughter "A" and her b/f "Q" and friend "BW."

The person who had agreed to run the website TerryandDarleen.com for free not only quit a while back, but sent the family a bill! There was no warning or reason given for this.

So, that leaves the family needing a new webmaster who would work pro bono (that means free, lol.) Actually, the website is pretty antiquated and could use a complete redesign. Updating it is harder than it should be.

If you are interested and will agree in writing to do this pro bono as a favor to the grieving family, please contact me via PM and we'll take it from there. References are a nice touch but not mandatory.

This is a very high profile website, and it needs to be the focal point of the homicides, which it has fallen from being.

Thanks!

I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH.... TY so much for all the beautiful prayers and words... Just overwhelming !!!

Planning on posting som pic's of the 5th Anniversary Memorial on WS but alas normal life takes sooo much of any spare time i have - so will do so whenever i can my dear friends. :blushing:

I love you all and thanks so much for the support - - I seriouly wouldnt and could not continue without the support of each and every soul here on WS - - - Just love love love you all.

Praying for justice - - -
Rosco

Rosco - we love you too! I have so much admiration and respect for your tenacity and dedication.

I have not been on WS in quite awhile due to a new job and not as much free time but I came and logged in today because I was thinking about Terry and Darlene. I was very happy to see the last post was made by Rosco and of course my heart jumped as always, in hopes of some new news. Your speech at the memorial was beautiful, poignant and honest - thank you DK for sharing that with us.

I felt sick when I read "A" was pregnant again. I wish the Dr. had the authority to tie her tubes when she gives birth. What a selfish person she is. Keep her baby and her other children in your thoughts and prayers.

Terry Durbin is an interesting character given his association with Terry Anderson, Amanda and her then-boyfriend. Rosco - I am curious what your thoughts are on TD. Do you know if LE have been lookng at him in relation to this crime?

Not to speak for Rosco, but nothing more can really be said about TD at this time. It was merely an observation that he had worked with, and was friends with, the Andersons. :)

Merry Christmas, Rosco and friends!

I really wish this thread had more activity... that more can be done to find justice for Terry and Darleen.

Hopefully, in this coming new year more will happen and justice will be served.

God bless Rosco and her family... Merry Christmas!

Is it known whether he was closer to the senior Andersons or to Amanda and her boyfriend? Bet I can guess what the odds are....

Wouldn't it be nice if Amanda would one day tell what she does know. It might help cure what is eating her from the insides and give her peace. No number of childbirths can ever do that for her.

I stumbled on this thread by chance yesterday. Rosco, I am so sorry for your loss and the unsupportiveness of the extended family. I can't even imagine what it must be like for you.

I have read a good half of all three threads, so forgive me if this has been discussed already: has the dog ever been around those whom you suspect (and all circumstances point at) - and react to them differently than he would have done before?

You are in my thoughts.

Awwweeee Firefly.. Thanks for your sorries and reading about Dad and Darleen's homicides. My Hub is my rock !!! We support each other... and we both believe that Dad would do the same if it was me and my Hub who were the ones murdered...

Rosco *the dog * never showed any signs of anything while at the house after the murders - -but to be honest... we all were in such a daze that we never seen or thought of anything or anyone until we were home - - and maybe weeks later..... The shock just takes over and you dont notice... you just exsist for a while... go thru motions.

Thanks again Firefly - - truly...

All the best
Rosco

Any news at all? Any progress, any change, any plan (not that I really expect LE to share their plans, for obvious reasons)?

What's the situation with "A"? Is she still wanted, and if so, how come they don't pick her up?

Have LE ever revisited the scene to recheck matters?

Hi Firefly - - Nothing new to post... just waiting and waiting.. :maddening: Nothing from LE... no new developments.:banghead:

I dont think 'A' is wanted - - - Dont know her status and her where-a-bouts.... But i doubt she's doing anything productive for her parents unsolved homicides.... but that's IMO.. :loser:

The house has been sold - -- 'A' lost the house years ago.

Thanks so much for keeping this thread active.

I certainly will keep WS informed of any new developments ~~ WS has been and continues to be a very important part of my life and healing....

All my love - always
Rosco

Aw, Roscoe, I know this must really be an ongoing, second heartache for you. So very sorry there's no justice in sight.
hugs,
jt

I'm so sorry to hear there is no news. I saw that picture of A. on Indiana's Most Wanted page (thank you for reposting the link, Stinky) and I didn't know if it was a current or an old thing. But boy did that picture scare me - it seems to scream drug abuse (and worse) to me. I'm somewhat baffled that they haven't picked her up, but I suppose mine is not to reason why. (I am, however, very curious if A would crack if she were arrested and left without whatever she's taking for a while, and made to understand that coming clean is the only thing to do.)

I wish they would re-check the crime scene, apparently they can find things relevant to the crime for years after.

Rosco, I don't know how you manage - I tip my hat to you. I don't know what to say, except that you and yours are in my thoughts all the time.
