voluntarily for that, for a "picture". For one, no one looks attractive sitting scrunched up on a stall shower floor. Maybe if he had some nice big tile walk in shower but his shower is a fairly small and narrow shower unit you buy. It is not photogenic nor is a man sitting on the floor in one. I've never felt any of those pics were voluntary poses. I still think he wasn't aware of her in the initial ones. But I don't think that's the prosecution position. I think it was on the police report where it indicated they have "taken pictures" in the bathroom. I don't recall what if anything has been said about that at trial.

Good thinking. And Travis seemed to be quite meticulous about his house, clothes, etc. Super organized for a guy. And as you said, no matter how clean the shower was, it doesn't seem like something he would have wanted to do.

The crime photos were so dark the police had to enhance them. I don't think she knew what they were when she deleted them. I'm not even sure they were deleted. Didn't they say that only some of the pictures were deleted?

Bet she wishes she had taken the camera and disposed of it along with the knife and the gun. Might not even be here without those pics. Good thing she is stupid along with being EVIL. Travis is speaking out from the grave and he's gonna get the byotch! And, of course, Mr. Juanderful is his spokesperson .... thank goodness for his passion for justice!! They couldn't have asked for a better prosecutor :rocker:

You are right!...I read Jerry & Esther Hicks books and I think maybe they coined this 'Law of Attraction'? It is definitely the current new age philosophy being promoted. Their philosophy ties back to original new-agers, Madame Blavatsky and Alice Bailey, who both channeled spirits from Sirius and Pleiades. Esther Hicks also channels spirits, collectively calling themselves 'Abraham', who give her messages about the secret meaning of life, etc.

If one is of the belief that channeling spirits is spiritually dangerous, as I am, then it would make perfect sense that Ms. Jodi may have indeed experimented with channeling, and may have 'opened up a spiritual door' that she shouldn't have. If one is spiritually 'unprotected' and opens the door to a demonic force, God help them. Jodi, being empty and sociopathic would make the perfect vessel for an evil force, imo.:furious:

I'm not personally a fan of this line of thinking as it takes personal responsibility away from Jodi. Jodi is a negative, self centered, constant victim force all on her own. The truth as I see it is a lot less mysterious, and a lot less adventurous. Jodi wanted what she could not have and reached a point where she finally saw nothing was going to change, and was not going to let anyone else have him.

It's harder to conceive why people would ruin their lives over such things, and maybe easier to think of spiritual avenues instead. But I see a self centered obsession as worse than any perceived spiritual possession any day. Jodi was possessed by her own ego and selfishness, which when allowed by a person to thrive and grow creates a severe tunnel vision, to which she is also at fault for letting it get out of control.

Exactly. But in these txts, he threatens to "out" her about things as well. So, had she said something about revealing his sex acts with her, or making up the phedophilia and telling people that? And we most likely know what he had on her. The stalking, the tire slashing, emails to other girls, hiding in his closet, sneaking into his house through the doggy door... Again though, why sleep with her again after he knew those things?

I finally found a picture of the shower sequence that I keep referencing! It's one that I think was taken AFTER the one we all think is the last one of him alive. His arm is raised higher that than in that one. I can't figure this picture out. What is that around his wrist/forearm and what is that hook-shaped bit on his arm???

Theres no rock solid evidence they actually HAD sex, right? We didnt see the video, and there's two pics of TA alone on the bed, and then of JA also alone. IIRC, the pics of TA were kind of off to the side, and possibly could be construed as taken while asleep, or without his permission?

Jodi loved having pics of the two of them together. I think she would have taken at least one of them side by side on the bed if this was a "last hoorah" type of a thing.

It's a WORLD of difference. She lived in a total dump--there's no kind way to put it. No care put into the grandparents home--none. She could have at least cleaned for her own grandparents for letting her stay there.:furious:

Somehow that does not surprise me. I just can't see JA getting down and doing any real house cleaning anyway, can you? Or is it just me? Idk, but I just seriously doubt that JA did much actual "cleaning" at Travis' either. And I don't have anything to base my impression on, other than my instincts I suppose, and now, by what you are telling me. Thank you for the confirmation....

She delivered herself like a dominos pizza and his penis was hard? He never actually seriously considered her capable of slaughtering him.

That was the last pic taken before she stabbed him, and if you notice, his legs are crossed, so that he won't be showing his privates. Then we see the pic of the ceiling, and then him bleeding, next to her foot. What better way to get a guy in a vulnerable position than to have him sitting down, scrunched up in a small shower, naked, where he can barely defend himself? Again though, why did he let her take those pics? I mean ANY of the shower pics?

She may have burned her clothes and shoes but I can't see how she burned the knife and gun??? Those are in water somewhere imo.

I sure wish I had lots of time and freedom, I might just go on a long road trip to search for these things. What if they're just laying out there in the sand somewhere? Guess we'll never know. :banghead:

Regarding the last three photo photographs, only the last one needed a lot of enhancement. I'm sure she could make out the dragging photo. And yes, they were deleted. Juan said they were deleted in cross to Jodi and she admitted to deleting them. Forensic scientist Melendez also testified earlier that they had been deleted. All the shower pics had been deleted as well as the sex pics. In other words, all the photographic evidence that Jodi was there on that date were deleted.

I took it as an 'I give up' pose, I can imagine dropping down to that pose if someone I was sick to death of walked in as in a 'ok let's have a chat while I cover myself up a bit in this more sheltered pose' kind of a way. Like he's defeated, but going to sit down for a bit of a talk.

This incident was the "jump start" start to his murder.....
