Lazy jurors are the key words in ur post. How could they sit on a circumstantial case for 6 weeks and then not ask for or look at any evidence. They werent even taking notes for pete's sake

Aphrodite did not talk about jurors being bullied into changing their votes in the jury deliberation room. I believe that definitely happened.

Jurors — if you were bullied into going along with the “not guilty” verdict — please speak out through the media now. Please do not disrespect yourself or Caylee by taking money to speak out. Just do the right thing and tell what happened in that jury room.

We know that Juror # 2 Raymond Screen, was the last hold out for voting “not guilty”.
Who were the 2 jurors who wanted to vote GUILTY of first-degree murder, but were pressured into changing their vote in the jury deliberation room?
Which juror(s) did the bullying and pressuring to vote not guilty?

Who were the 6 jurors who voted to convict of aggravated manslaughter, but were pressured into changing their vote to not guilty on that charge?

Jeff Ashton wrote in his book, about juror # 7 Kimberly A. Kimball : “She was the only juror I recall who showed much emotion throughout the trial, and at the end of it all, when the clerk read the verdict, she was the only one who shed a tear.”

She worked in an occupation related to children or child welfare – she has been an office manager for non-profit organization and the accounting dept. of a nursing home in Atlanta and the fundraising department of a childrens hospital in Atlanta.
*Currently works for juvenile justice and child welfare division in the corporate offices as administrative assistant (has no contact with juveniles, etc).
Her mother was an estate lawyer in Florida, about to retire.
She dated a State Attorney in Florida.
Says she is a “CNN junkie”.
Doesn’t have a Facebook, Myspace, etc. but has a LinkedIn account (rarely uses it).
The Defense wanted her dismissed from jury selection but the Judge denied it, and the Defense did not use one of their strikes on her.

Jurors please speak out and tell what happened!
Please do not try to make any money off of Caylee’s murder.

something else I was wondering being that we r on the jurors. Jose Baez has Cindy come up and admitt to the jurors that she did the search for chloroform but then in his closing arguments he tells the jury that Ricardo Morales posted the chloroform picture on his my space and being that ICA was dating him that she became curious as to what he was talking about and thats why she searched chloroform on the internet and what I dont get is how they didnt even question why he was giving them 2 different reasons why chloroform was searched on the computer. And to make it even more boggling is if they believed yeah thats why she searched for it on the in ternet then wouldn't she have searched what is chloroform and not how to make it???????

Regardless of the media attention this case got, what baffles me is that the Jury only deliberated for 10 hours and asked no questions, or to review anything. There were multiple charges they could have found her guilty on and yet they simply chose not to put effort into the job they were given.

In the episode, Judge Strickland talks about reasonable doubt and I thought what he had to say was really good.

Maybe justice for Caylee was the three years Casey spent in prison and the entire world knowing she is guilty even though she was aquitted....This show still makes me laugh on this case, start listening at the 41:00 mark for what they think may be coming for Casey.

I also barked at the TV when they said that CA found the address book (wasn't it just a number written down?) in the backseat (it was the front.) Then it showed 'CA' calling and getting the info that KC was at her boyfriends. Their reenactment showed CA, alone, going to what looked like a townhome and busting in on KC. AH wasn't mentioned at all.

Also, the actors they chose were HORRIBLE. Not only did they look nothing at all like anyone they were portraying, the actress playing KC was more acting like a petulant teenager than anything else. And she looked like she was 15 too. It was distracting.

I lasted...oh...about 6 minutes with this show. Another person going for the money/ratings off this poor baby. Is there no justice/retribution/answer in this case? What would it be? Hell, I know there is no going back for this woman who killed her child. I would settle for someone, anyone, in this case to come out and speak the TRUTH. Just one person. Kronk stole Caylee & put her in the woods, no wait, he found the remains & took them home to put duct tape over her face, but wait there wasn't any duct tape on her face, it was attached to the bag from GA burying Caylee like he did the pets.
I could go on & on but I'm getting dizzy.
I ask myself everyday how 1 juror could ever buy any of this let alone 12.

Aphrodite Jones had asked on her twitter account what should happen to Casey Anthony when she is "forced" to attend the civil case and I replied:

"What should happen? If there is any justice, she will be struck by lightening!"

I don't know if many remember, but the very first day of the trial, the lights flickered three times in that courtroom. Caylee was there! She wanted justice so badly and she was let down so badly. I am not a super religious person, but I know God made it known that he was not happy when lightening struck that tree where Caylee was dumped. I dimly remember lightening striking again the day Casey was being released.

Aphrodite Jones means nothing to me. Her wanting to make this case to be anything less than a grave miscarriage of justice makes me sick. She is the perfect example of someone who will disregard her entire belief system for a story. A story that does not matter nor will it ever matter.

Their opening was consistent with their evidence which was consistent with their closing. Baez was all over the place, and the points he was trying to make contradicted each other. All the talking heads, defense attorney's included, were saying that jury's always hold attorney's accountable for what they say they are going to prove, and an attorney should never say something in opening statments that he can't back up. Not only did he fail to back up what he said, but his closing arguments were different from what he said in opening. But this jury had nothing but praise for him, and were very critical of the prosecutors. Totally backwards! Those of us who are rational, reasonable thinkers are baffled. It just seems as though their minds were made up from day 1. No note taking during the State's case, very little deliberations, no evidence reviewed, and no questions to the judge. Then, a vote from 12-2 to 6-6 to 12-0 in 11 hours! Something went on in that jury room, and I hope someone's conscience gets to them, and they spill the beans.
