Smith never defended JY in court :banghead::banghead:
I knew that. I watched both trials. You were the one that said his first attorney was Roger Smith.

Landonsmom02 said:Sorry but Klinkosum just defended a man that brutally raped, beat and tourtured a 4 year old child, Teghan Alyssa Skiba, here in Smithfield. I have nothing for him.
Yet you and the State attorneys harp on the fact that he didn't talk , lol.
Yes. Please find the person who belongs to the hair clutched in the cold dead hand of MY and you will find the person who created the bloodbath.
Watch the trial.
Please show me a photo of her purse before she went to bed.
Which is exactly the risk they were talking about.
Otto, I believe Mr. G had his bed upstairs in the master bedroom.
But, I don't have a link!!!
Unfortunately, public defenders do not get to pick and choose the cases they are assigned.
I believe Klinkosum also defended Jason Williford in the Kathy Taft case too.
Teghan's case was so heartbreaking I could not follow.....Quotes are messed up.\
He's in the private sector now.
But, the purse looks out of place and seemingly not something a Mom with a 2 year old would do. You do understand that some people find the purse in the kitchen on the floor, strange.
Now c'mon. Really?? How is that possible. Please leave the snarkiness out. Thanks
OK so wth is the deal with the hair?
Either it was MY's or it was a mix of MY's and others.
How can there be such varied opinions on this?
Which is fact?
TIA
No can do. Maybe SS can weigh in IF there is a 3rd trial.
It IS out of place. Shelly didn't testify she entered the Young home through other than the front door did she? She brought food and the purse was in the doorway between the kitchen and front door. It was in a strange place, as were the other two bags and CY's shoes.

It was MY's hair.
Absolutely yes. Read it! It's there.
The dog may have been trained to remain on the main floor. That's not uncommon.
A strand of hair was found in Michelle’s hand and was identified as being hers, based on a comparison of the DNA to her profile. However, of a clump of hair found on the body of approximately 50 strands of hair, one sample yielded a match to Michelle, while the other sample gave a partial match. (A partial match can be common in siblings or other close family members.)
No, his bed was in the master bedroom. Keep thinking though. I believe you will eventually reach the same conclusion as me.
