I remember that too. Cindy said that in one of the first interviews early in the case.
TY......Not really that important (maybe another Cindy 'mis-truth').......
just really strange Cindy would refer to herself as mama.

It doesn't say they passed and nothing like being named, implicated, and surviving a murder trial just to make your life hell. IMO Jesse stands to catch a bunch of shrapnel off this. Casey's atty's have had him in the crosshairs for a very long time. Michael Walsh on Dan Abrams was proof positive of that.
CASEY'S FORMER FRIENDS TAKE LIE DETECTOR TESTS
Detectives still can't shake the truth from Caylee's mom Casey, but her ex-fiancé, ex-lover and ex-best friend have talked and investigators want to make sure it's legitimate.
Sources told Eyewitness News exclusively that Casey's ex-fiancé Jesse Grund, ex-lover Ricardo Morales and ex-best friend Amy Huizenga all went through lie detector tests. Sources said they were conducted not because they were accused of anything, but to make sure detectives could confirm all the details of their stories.
Huizenga is the same friend from whom Casey's accused of stealing checks from.

I'm pretty sure he took a paternity test when Caylee was like an infant..10 mnths rings a bell but I could be wrong. I'm almost positive he didn't take this test recently.
RobotDog,
*bolding is mine* I'm right there with ya!
Everything I see with neighbors' teens and early/mid adults is
everything is about status. Car, stereo equipment, biggest plasma, etc.
Thanks but no thanks. At my age, I am quite happy with my simple, low maintenance life.
.
calling cindy 'mommom' is another. a lot of kids call their grandmothers 'mom-mom' and their grandfathers 'pop-pop'. i have a mommom, she's 87 and she never once tried to be my mother.
just clarifying so it doesn't seem so strange to people.

IMO CA got wind, or saw, or witnessed that "things" between KC and JG were on the rocks way back when. AT that point, she (CA & possibly GA as well) probably had a "little talk" with JG about his "sponserileries" IF anything were to happen and he and KC split - meaning he was going to "support" that child. This is what probably pushed JG into taking that test - just to make sure one way or the other - so he could tell the A's where to go and what to do with it once they got there.Something provoked Jesse to confirm he was the father -- and apparently, I think this was done before they ever broke up, according to what Jesse stated tonight. As he put it, blood is not necessary to be somebody's dad, and he was still so besot with Casey he would have done it for both of them. There's not any legal way for him to have tried to get custody of her if he wasn't either her adopted stepfather or her biological father. He was neither.
Hiyas BuddySWAG! *waving wildly*
I don't think Casey ever had a seizure.
I think she did go to the hospital but it could have been from anything.... too much alcohol, too much drug, not enough sleep w/too much partying...anything.

I completely agree. First off, you have to assume the "source" is legit, which imo, cannot be established. There is a rule of thumb in the "biz"..
It goes, if you flunk the polly it is inadmissable, if you pass it, it is admissable everywhere.. Meaning if that were true, we would ALL have heard about it early on. Rev Grund was on Geraldo a few weeks ago, has been on here, and has his own blog. I am highly suspect if it were true- JG and RG would not have posted, or shouted from the rooftop with that big azz sword and all.
If that is the case then Cindy lied at the hearing
I don't really trust Geraldo b/c he's in bed w/ Baez IMHO
Yes, she did. And then later in her 2 hour interview at her home with Greta, she was asked about Caylee's dad again and professed that he'd died.
Cindy did state on the stand at Casey's bond hearing that she thought Jesse was the father. That was filmed BTW, and I was shocked that she'd said it, since we'd already known early on from Rev Grund's email to the owner of this forum that Jesse had taken a paternity test and wasn't Caylee's dad.
In the bond hearing Cindy is pressed on how she knows Casey is a good mother. Cindy is actually tring to give her daughter all the credit (for this innate intuitive knowledge) but the questioner gets it out of her that is is because (you) Cindy taught her.
In the last tape done by Yuri or a subsequent tape Casey is questioned about the (imaginary) phone call from Caylee where she is reading her book annd sounds just fine and happy). She goes on to say Caylee is always calm with her ...but in undertone says "now if she had been talking to Cindy it would be a different story"...implying a great deal more emotionalism.
Would this be because Casey is so unemotional herself and as per handwriting analysis does not react to emotion so Caylee intuits this.....or/and does it suggest a stronger bond and love towards Cindy and possibly George?
Cindy didn't want the baby and somewhere i read that this is not the first time she has gotten pregnant and disposed of the first one to the dismay of Cindy. it is Cindy who desperately wanted a baby and took over the mothering and responsibilities (of course crippling her own child) who also knew her daughter was a compulsive thief and lier and without a future and who was nevertheless hoping to train Casey to take over as 'mother'....as she may have even insisted the two of them sleep together at night.
The ambiguity of of this to a child would be insurmountable. Cindy is actually the mother superior having sequestered 'her' child from her daughter and martyring herself by returning her conditionally while simultaneously about to apply for custody.
I have an aunt whose mother didn't want to raise her after her husband died (and she remarried) and left her with her mother to raise. She learned to call her grandma 'mommy' but all her life was very confused about this. She did marry well and has a nice life but never stops talking about it.
We'll never know who Caylee liked best.
I am 35. I was raised by my grandparents. My mom was running to clubs alot, etc. Guess you could say alot like KC. Anyways, the lady that lived across the street from us, was my nanny. As a matter of fact, up until she died a few months ago, I called her Nanny. That was my name for her. She babysat me during the day and I even went on family vacations out of state with her and her family, stayed the night there, at dinner there etc. Her and her husband were like second grandparents to me. She wasnt very well paid either. Back in the 70's they only paid her $15 per week, and she fed me and all. She loved me and considered me to be part of her family. I was very lucky to have her. But I didnt have this shady stuff going on around me like what is happening here.
