BBM. I'm bumping my question from last night b/c today's news has buried it, but does anyone know the specifics of this party house? Was it a UVa party house? Just a local hangout? Anyone? tia...
 
I was busy the past few days and missed this news. Wow. How many of us saw that coming. The sketch was uncanny, along with the timing for growing drealocks immediately after it was released.

I am sad for Hannah and her family, and happy for Morgan's family to finally have some type of closure and happy for the rest of the country that this man is off the streets.

I am still a bit angry that LE let him out of their sights enough to travel to Texas.

its likely that "bag of bones" still had the reminisants of clothing wrap around it or lying near by. I'm guessing thats where the DNA came from. I think this also found it on the shirt but several links have been posted several times in this thread that they found his DNA with the remains.
 
Boy oh boy I was looking at the photo/video thread again. The white dude knew something wasn't right. I wish he had trusted his instincts and dialed 911. I bet he feels terrible. :(

BBM. I know... I know... Thought the same thing. I hope he gets some help with this, b/c it's bound to affect him for the rest of his life :(

IDK I have looked at it on maps, it looks like an outbuilding. It would have been a place for the local teens to gather I would suppose. There is not much for kids to do in the outer areas of charlotteville and maybe kids met there. IDK The homes (mansions) in that area have lots of buildings on their property. Lots of them have cattle/horses. I don't know how much JM knows about farming in the area as far as when they harvest what when but they are pretty much done making hay in the area so those fields will be left till next year. That is what I see most of in that area is hay/grass. In fact the area that MH was found doesn't look like it is farmed/planted, just a piece of land that is there between fields. jmo idk

It is fascinating to me, how Gill Harrington (Morgan's mother), voiced a 'concern' about the similarities between evidence and facts about her daughter's case, and the HG case. She knew every little detail about the evidence; and seems to have been, forever watchful.

So relieved that LE is releasing at least some, of the evidence that links JM to this case, rather than relying on dramatic press conferences, and the media (to make the inferences).

So it is official: There is forensic evidence linking Morgan Harrington to JM. Wondering exactly what that is.

If JM's DNA/physical evidence, is the link between HM, and Morgan Harrington's murder; and there is a confirmed DNA link between Morgan Harrington's murder and the kidnapping/rape of a Fairfax woman in 2005, then perhaps we are getting closer to having forensic evidence that JM is the common link.

Wondering why LE has stopped short of saying that the DNA in the 2005 rape, was identical to the DNA in the 2009 Morgan Harrington murder? Did I miss something?

I have this visual image, of many victims, finally able to link hands (evidence), and surround a particular individual.

It was a good call flying him back on a private jet. Can you imagine the outrage from passengers upon learning the airline placed a serial killer on their flight?

The LE agencies involved have done a tremendous job and are fulling Gil Harrington's quest to "save the next girl". Hopefully now they can bring Hannah home and provide closure for other victims and their family members as well.

Was it truly a private jet or was it 'Conair'. Just wondering because I'm from OKC, where he of the Federal Transfer Terminals are. The jets are just white nondescript planes and they have cells in the transfer hangar for prisoners during fuel-ups, etc.
 
I'm relieved, but so sad. We knew it, but it's different when it becomes real. Am I correct in saying MH's parents were helping in Hannah's search? That's a bond no families want to have.
