I'm confused. The Katie on Dr. Drew didn't look like our Katie. Anyone know who is who?

Our Katiecoo was on the right. Katie is not her real name but we are supposed to only call her by her WS name here.

The person on the left...her name really is Katie.

There was a Katie (on the left) and a Kathy on the right. Someone stated that the Katie on the left is not OUR Katie. So does anyone know? I'm confused.

So far, I love all of Travis's friends. Hearing Lisa's testimony about how the Mormon community has singles gatherings and activities in order to find a good partner in life...I wish I was brought up in that church. Everyone Travis surrounded himself with have all been "marriage material".

I'd personally have to rule out the "Freeman Brother-and-Sister Act" -Daniel and Desiree Freeman as "marriage material." I found them to be a bit creepy, and I didn't think they were true friends to Travis; even though it appears Travis spent lots of time with them. MOO

a babysitter of jodi's said when she was i think 7 (?) and the sitter was 14 (?) that jodi once hit her little brother in the head w/ a bat - NG has ran w/ that and now it has evolved and keeps calling it beating him w/ a bat

They convienently never mention if its a wood bat, a small bat like you get on Bat Day, or a plastic (think "whiffle") bat. I'm, inclined to think it was plastic. I know everyone assumes wood bat, when I first heard it I thought "Good Lord!!!" Then I thought about it and realized they NEVER said wooden bat. And they also NEVER say plastic bat. Just "baseball bat" and you are left to define or visualize they type of bat yourself.

If it was wooden and her parents didn't immediately get Jodi a check-up from the neck-up, shame on them.

If her Dad was so mean and intimidating, wonder what her punishment was if she really did beat her little brother with a wooden baseball bat. Seems like THAT beating would have been specific and very memorable yet Jodi doesn't elaborate whatsoever.

(For reference, I remember hitting my little brother with a whiffle ball bat. NOT quite the same as wooden bat!!!!)

I've got to believe that was an anomaly that will not be repeated. Jodi has admitted killing Travis.

After reading hundreds of cases nothing shocks me in the legal world anymore, I will be disappointed if she doesn't get first degree, but I won't be shocked.

I think it was NG who had one of the defendant's former babysitters, who talked about a time she was babysitting defendant and her brother. She hit her brother in the head with a baseball bat.
