There CANNOT be one juror who is buying this.... she was trying to save herself from shame and because she didn't understand some of the words Flores was using.
She was ambiguous about going to prison. She wasn't concerned with telling a story that benefited her.
Martinez: You didn't want to be charged in this case?
Jodi: That's not the reason.
Martinez: So you did want to be charged?
Jodi: What did you say?

Jodi: I didn't weigh it.
Martinez: But you stated embarrassment as a factor for your lie.
Jodi: I think shame is more appropriate.
(To me she thinks she understands what shame means. It's a word she uses over and over and over again. She doesn't use any stronger synonym - or any other word to define the same emotion. JMO)
I absolutely LOVE how Juan "accidentally on purpose" asks her stuff he knows is incorrect so she will correct the statement, and he can compliment her on how good her memory is.
