Going out on a limb here - but I don't think that JA and TA ever had real physical sex. (salad hopper or va-jj as Oprah calls it!) I think at MOST - they had verbal sex. I think JA led the conversation on the tape we heard and her game was to make the stories reality, not just verbal erotic games. I think at most, TA tried to give jodi what she wanted - a tale of submission as a slave by her master. His job was to make up more and more "DEBASING" tales to feed her fantasy. Since jodi spoke of the stories as reality, so did TA.
However, what bothers me is there is no proof that they were actually ever intimate. The photos all looked staged and covertly taken (some with timer maybe)......... If you notice the one with the big KY jelly bottle - the bottle gets moved on the bed. First shot, to me TA appears to be asleep. Second shot he appears to have awoken by something - was it when she moved the KY bottle?
Could she have been in the closet across from the shower taking the pics without his knowledge? Could he have noticed movement and come out of the shower, her having the knife already and the camera in hand and upon striking him with both hands engaged the photos we see during the murder?
I discount all texts and emails - since JA admits having "stumbled" or hacked into his accounts and conveniently many messages are missing or deleted. Then she claims she used her Olympus camera to record the sex when she couldn't figure out the timer - but alas, that got deleted too. So where is the proof that this was anything more than verbal sex fantasy games? A game, that IMHO TA doesn't sound 'excited' about as much as he sounds accommodating of for the desire of JA to be a slave controlled by her 'debasing' master.
I also think if they were having real va-jj sex, she would have made sure to get preggers -- that was the trap she couldn't pull off and if TA would not go past verbal stories then she couldn't use that trick.
So - can anyone point to anything that jodi couldn't have faked (like email, texts etc) or staged or kept the context of the talks as real events to strongly indicate to me there was actual physical sex? I have only seen about 3 or 4 shots of jodi that night and all are solo - shots that could have easily been done with a timer on a camera. If I were on that jury, I would be tossing out all these sex escapades as tainted due to lack of proof.
Okay, so laugh at me, but is anyone else having a hard time believing that physical sex ever occurred?
