OMG they are SO SLOW!!!!! I want to take a lunch but I know the second I leave, they'll play the tape or something else interesting will happen. But then if I keep waiting around for fear of missing something, it will be the same boring stuff over and over! UGH!

Me too, sitting here starving!

Uh oh here we go again with the photos. Get your gamma ray glasses ready folks!

Was he this red when he was recklessly waving around pictures of a male's genetalia? iirc he was pretty relaxed then.

Isn't this just a different style chair w/o arms and high back? If Jodi's chair was significantly lower the table would come up to her chest. She appears to be sitting at proper height for reading/writing.

I think it's the same type of chair her attorney's use, just lowered. A little trick they learned from the Casey Anthony School of Defense.

Good morning everyone! Just checking in online now - did I miss anything important?:seeya:

Joining you guys for the first time today.

Is that ponytail supposed to make her look all innocent? Geez...

:fireworks:WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, just saw prosecutor do her little trick again. "Oh, okay!", after she made the witness flash the photos to the jury again, like she didn't know what that info was and where it was. Ick. I can't stand her.

Well I am finally getting to watch this on TV and this guy is about to put me to sleep. Mr Swamp called me when it was all about to start so I lied to him and told me Gram needed my help. So we hung up and Karma bit me in the @$$ for lying cuz now Gram does need my help with something.

Defense asked witness to turn photos over to read what's on the back. Martinez asks Judge to have witness hold photos down so jury can't see. Defense is so sneaky, I can hardly stand it.

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy sIII (so please excuse the typos!)

I don't mean to be snarky or rude, but, the slow speed of his testimony/his long, drawn-out, answers = excruciatingly painful for me to listen to.

Also, he went so far as to explain what 'alphanumeric' meant (letters and numbers.)

Hmmm. Was that entirely necessary?

Just my 2 cents.
