We may be in for alot more of the Cousin It look but wait I keep forgetting she is who she is. I bet her lawyers have warned her to look sad and scared like she was forced to pose. Look demure. I bet she still sneaks plenty of peaks at the photos.

I would love it... if for some un harmful reason they had to shave or
cut her hair. She should not be able to hide behind it.

Men can't do that in court. (Don't they ALWAYS have to pull it back?)

Defendants are expected to sit up straight in their chair and be respectful to the court, judge, jury and witnesses... no?

She either needs to pull it back OR, wear it in a food service or an O/R suite surgical cap.

Whatever... if I'm a juror that is a MAJOR strike against her!

And I hope she includes some of the 82,000 e-mails they wrote each other.

According to her, Jodi had a fairly normal childhood, she could not find anything in her background that would suggest that she would eventually do something like this.

(This is what I remember her saying on JVM or NG).

Jodi supposedly aspiring photographer: That's just like Casey, taking lots and lots of pictures. So what is it about their psychopathic tendencies that make these two shutter crazy?

My theory is that neither one of them can understand real human emotion, they can't feel it, they can't relate to it, they can't reciprocate it so they have to try to find some kind of way to figure out what motivates people to act emotionally the way they do. They do this by taking lots of pictures and studying, studying, and studying stills to figure out who is feeling what and why, and how they're portraying what they're feeling, and how emotional beings interact with one another.

Photos become like cheat sheets for how to act like other humans. They learn, essentially how to play act, they essentially lie about being human, and this is how they learn to lie so good. They learn how to lie and get away with it, how to act like you care and how to get through life without being spotted as a blank individual. That's what I think.

From the DT's opening statements I think it will be to show the "double life" Travis was leading. Jodi=dirty little secret whom he controlled and had the sex he couldn't have if he weren't a Morman temple member. How he had so much control over her that he would make her pose for pictures that most of us would find embarassing.

I remember learning that the defense can say just about anything they want in Opening, regardless of whether it is true or not. This I learned with the CA trial!

Others have noted that JA's my space and whatever other pages she has were made up to be almost identical to what Travis has....Travis spoke Spanish, since JA has been in jail she has learned Spanish. Obsessed much even in death?

Probably the group in the internet that has something called murderabilia (not sure if that is the right name) Saw a show about them where they sold imprint or photo of hands of a killer and had the mother on the show whose daughter was killed by that particular killer. They are completely heartless.
