Yes, he makes me sick. I understand a defense attorney's role... but
I do not understand the lack of ethics that allows a defense attorney to concoct a story that is just that, a concoction, and then run with it.

I don't know why he "believed" his client anyhow. He admitted last night that she has many mental "issues" and told him different things about how it happened that turned out to be untrue and he finally decided on a possible scenario by himself and ran with it.

Yea, has mental issues and she's turned out to the world, life goes on for her, not subjected to any type of real treatment. Unbelievable. Yes, that's all he basically did was take what people would believe because he had nothing else. I agree, he didn't win this, P12 just didn't want to be bothered.

So, it was all just a lie? He willingly lied, even though that was NOT Casey's story? So even Jose doesn't know how Caylee died? He just knows she died on June 16th, 2008? I don't see how in the world that is legal for him to lie like that? I don't understand it at all? I always figured Casey wouldn't have said Caylee died in the pool. She would never take any responsibility of being there. I'm sure she tells her parents that Zenaida really did take Caylee, but Jose said what he had to say -- you know what? They all knew! They all knew Caylee didn't drown in that pool because the pool would have been taken down and destroyed. The Pontiac was destroyed for a reason! They knew Caylee's decomposing body was laying in that trunk. If they thought for one minute that Caylee drowned in that pool, they would have gotten rid of it.

I hope the Pinellas 12 is really proud of themselves! Jose LIED to you! You cared more about him saying "Good Morning" to you than the murder of a 2-year-old child. If you would have looked at the evidence, as was your JOB, you would have seen that it was impossible for Caylee to have drowned that morning. Not with all her computer activity!

How in the world did this happen?? It's like a bad, bad dream! It really is!

I did not realize until just a bit ago that HLN added more video clips after the show finished airing last night on the Dr. D HLN site(can I say that?). There's only 3 more viewer calls, but they are pretty good ones .

So, now JB is saying since he worked so long on this case, when his book sells, it's going to amount to about $8.00 an hour that'll he'll be making-This was in answer to the last call of where is the money from the book sales going-Charity? FCA? Him? He said it is going to him - and so there it is.

The devil in me is causing me to respond to this.

BBM - I think he had to admit that much - there was too much evidence to prove that she did.

His comment about George and the sexual abuse stuff also really got to me. He said he questioned George on the stand about it - and the jury could decide to believe his "answers" or not, and the jury chose to believe Jose. That was his reasoning for accusing George of such a heinous crime that in some peoples' minds will always label him both as a pedophile and someone who has committed incest. Could Jose have said anything worse? I don't think so.

And he calls himself ethical? :banghead:

I normally wouldn't wish bad on people, but I hope Jose lives his life in fear of Casey Anthony for the rest of his life. I hope she makes his life miserable. I hope that Jose's wife takes the children and runs and runs far away and kill him with child support payments!

What he did to Caylee is beyond what any attorney should ever do. I understand he had a job to do, but he should have not have lied in order to do it! Willingly lie and make up false stories in the Court of Law?? Ugh!!!

I dont think it's quite true though as he brought in those two docs for that minute and she was telling them the same gobbledygook. so either he got it from her or else he ferd it to her (IMO him feeding it to her is the more likely)

Ummmm....did the Defense prove anything? they put forth a theory, a story, but did not present evidence that proved HOW Caylee died or that George molested Casey..it was all left to the jury to speculate on.
