This follows a sidebar which occured after Baez asked Cindy when the baby shower occured. Cindy says it obviously occurred after because she told him that Caylee came a month early, aka Jesse was suppose to be the Father and they didn't want him to suspect he wasn't his kid.

This is the section I was talking about the other day, I was watching the caseycam but it happened to fast and so out of the blue I wasn't sure what I'd just witnessed. All I knew was that she was steaming and wanted Baez to tell him something.

Now having the luxury to view it over and over it's pretty obvious she is saying to Mason "You, get him!".

1. To address Mason by calling him "you" is just stunning.
2. If she loses that sort of control in the courtroom just imagine what she is like out the back or at the jail with her attorneys.
3. She obviously felt caught out whether by Baez spinning back so fast to catch her or because LDB and JA were coming into frame is hard to tell - but she tries to cover it up instantly.
4. She is one scary person, she knows those cameras are on her and she really can't keep her anger in check and just blows

It was Casey being mad and throwing her hands up prior to walking in. Also showed where she was in the glass enclosed room with Jose and CM.

The reporter on the ClickOrlando site said she was directing it toward Cheney Mason then her reaction turned "sheepish" when Baez turned around and saw her.

I didn't take that to mean she was mad at Cheney. But that she has been keeping her thoughts about Baez private with Cheney.

I think this is very interesting considering what I came on here to post tonight. I lurk every now and then, but I haven't been able to touch the most recent sidebar thread. I found this video and freaked out, wanting to put it in the sidebar thread, but I missed my chance tonight.

I bet you all have seen this before, but Casey's anger caught on tape (at 1:11) was extremely frightening. I've never seen her react like that (even with her tiny outburst in the jailhouse tapes).

It seems she really does despise JB right now. If this has already been discussed, do you know where I can go to read up on what you all said about it?

That's the stuff nightmares are made of. That's probably the real Casey. Poor Caylee. Who know what her short little life was really like behind closed doors?

If you watch her hand real close, she's pointing at JB. Then he turns around & she softens. Her anger was obviously directed at JB, but she didn't want him to know IMO.

I've been half expecting her to do something just outright crazy before this trial is over. I so hope she takes the stand.

Well, it looks like it happened right after the sidebar that was called when JB was pinning Cindy down about the timing of the shower. Lee had said it was before Caylee was born and Jose kept making Cindy repeat that it was after (because Caylee was born a month early, doncha know?). So maybe she was angry that Jose was eliciting testimony that was in conflict with Lee? Maybe she didn't want to put Lee in a bad position because she was hoping he still might come through for her. I dunno know! Just rambling thoughts.

You wanna know the great part? The jury were there as it was only a sidebar, so if they were looking they saw it.
