I read that to under her videos of her on youtube (raped). I really thought that guy should have been reported for alot of things he was saying. However I don't have a youtube. But I did try to flag it as spam it wouldnt let me unless I registered. Was thinking if I did it as spam they would look into it. Very rude stuff.

opinion/comment about a possible rape taking place in this case... I agree it may have happened. Fire... it was set for some reason I have to tend to think that the ((stupid)) perp(s) thought it would erase their involvement forensically.

I was thinking nursie. The fire that obliterated her identity. That's personal. It may indicate a relationship between the victim and the one commiting the crime. Usually random acts such as this, you will find the body of the victim tossed along wherever it is convienent. But this person wanted to destroy not only evidence but her face too? JMHO. Personal. JMHO.

Well after listening to Mark Klass last night he thought there might be more than one Perp and possibly Juvies involved. I hope not but I must admit this has crossed my mind, maybe she was Gang Raped.

This story, when I heard it and it started to unfold, reminds me of what took place in San Fran not too long ago. The girl lived, barely, and the story went under the radar. This is happening TOO often, TOO young. Where are the mothers of these boys involved?? (not directly related to this case, per say.)

I wouldn't doubt this at all, it's my gut feeling honestly (after sleuthing it up.)

I really hope that this POI breaks in jail. I really hope they find DNA (I heard in MSM that it is very possible they will.) If one cracks/gets caught... that's all we need here. Sweet Alicia. DID NOT DESERVE THIS!!!!

I am so caught up on why did he/they leave her at the asphalt place... out in the open behind a pile of gravel and than the d~bag steals a car from the same place! (where he happens to work)

There are so many duffus factors here that I am thinking that the perps were drinking or doing drugs at the time of the crime. There had to have been some mind altering substances involved. It seems so quick and related and right away (ie: found behind a gravel pile burned beyond recognition). The perp HAD to have known her body would be found. Small town Kansas with lots of remote areas... why not take her out and bury her (sorry to be graphic)... it could have taken months, years.. or for ever to find her! I am tending to think that perhaps the crime was committed where she was found. What do you all think?

Good points; To add to the location question, Pat Brown (I belevie it was) the profiler was discussing the statistics of one shoe being gone as being linked to attacks that take place inside vehicles. I wont go into the gruesome mechanics, but it had to do with clothing arrangment and access for rape etc.

BEcause they were a paving contractor sometimes when they have extra the dump it let it set then regring it and use it again ..I cannot help to wonder if he was banking on them dumping more asphalt in? and covering her?

See, I thought about that same thing. It was after and I did a sleuth, he is in fact friends with IR. Same highschool.

That's what I was thinking TXHOPE. He's the beer guy. It would explain the rush out the door at 11pm as in Kansas they stop selling liquor/beer at 11pm. And it was said she was going to meet friends at a convenience store promising to be home by midnight.

The teens involved probably knew Alicia could sweet talk this into buying them some beer, more so than a teen guy could.

From there I assume he made his move. "Let's go for a little drive, I'll show you where I work."
