Bunn (2 yrs old) (wouldn’t eat his hot dog) (May 6, 2018, Wichita) – only for *Elizabeth Woolheater (22) “mom” charged (5/8/18) & arraigned (9/6/18) with 1st degree murder. Originally arrested (5/9/18) & charged (5/7/18) with attempted murder & endangering a child. After Anthony died charges were changed. Plead not guilty. $250K bond.
10/5/18, 2/8/18, 211/18 Status hearing. 5/20/19 Update: Woolheater in court on 5/24 for “Criminal Jury Trial-Control Only” hearing. Trial is scheduled for September.
7/11/19 Update: Status hearing scheduled on 7/11. Next criminal motions hearing on 7/25.
7/25/19 Update: Motion to Suppress hearing on 8/23.
*Lucas Aaron Diel (25) (BF) – 6/25/19: under plea agreement plead guilty. Sentenced to 586 months or nearly 49 years.

So it looks like she pled guilty on the hearing on 8/23. I'm going to "guess" and say this is her sentencing date?

Ugh of course she only got less than 20 years. Mom's always get less time then their boyfriends or husbands even though it was their child and they are the one responsible for their child's safety.

Almost 20 years? Ridiculous sentence.
Idiotic judges are on the rise in this country.
Due to "rehabilitation" and other stupid things our laws allow she will be out of prison in 10/15 years. Maybe less.
