The Wichita Police Department needs the community's help locating 12-year-old Lilleanna Grimes. Lilleanna was last seen leaving her home in the 1600 block of N. Brunswick around 11:30 p.m. on 9/28/24.

She is approximately 5'5" tall, weighs around 95 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a black hoodie.
