These were Emily’s closing words of her written statement as testified to:

My landlord Chris called me towards the end of me finishing up Olive Garden so that he can stop by to check the sewer/plumbing, I believe due to nasty smells I was smelling. I told him I was almost home and would see him soon. On my way home he ended up calling me back. I got home around 6? (sic).


After I got home I made Lucas dinner. He had French fries and chicken fries and Sprite. We all lounged at night while I did some laundry.


Around 7:30 to 8 I gave Lucas and MH a bath and then put them to bed. I do believe I talked to Jonathan via Duo video chat before I fell asleep Friday night 17th."

Throw in the CPS report mentioning Emily and Jonathan’s fights. I also do believe she talked to Jonathan via Duo video chat before she helped Lucas fall asleep Friday night 17th.

There’s is something that the live in girlfriend said that I can’t shake and keep coming back to. My experience with liars (take my word for it I could be an expert, no really) is there is always an element of truth to their “story” hence the statement my mind that I can’t leave alone. She stated that she gave LH & MH a bath, what if that’s where she lost her cool, there in the bathtub? Maybe since since the sweet baby had an upset stomach, maybe he threw up in the bath or a different body function in the tub because he was sick. Maybe she knocked him down (I’m sure she did that often) and he busted his head on the side of the tub or maybe she held him under the water?

I’m hoping that now that I have posted about the bath tub I can let it go and stop rolling it around in my head.

Welcome to this thread! You don't have to post often. You show you care about Lucas and everyone can have there own theory. I don't really want to subscribe to one as I don't know what she did, I will wait until it comes out in the trial.

PI Marshburn has repeatedly refused to go into detail about the conversations he had with Glass, adding he does not want to hurt the law enforcement investigation. (emphasis added).

While some searchers including Sheila Medlam are giving well intended interviews, please do not repeat and/or post any "hearsay" comments. Lucus deserves JUSTICE and we owe him to protect the integrity of his investigation. TIA.

I admire you so much Pink for being able to be so Outstanding and not commenting. It has to be difficult. Just remember some people want there 15 minutes. We all here on WS know what you and Mr Pink went through to search for Lucas and that is more than we could do.

Kudo's to others that assisted in searching and did other task to help search.

I may sound like a witch for saying this, but I also wish that the PI would stop giving interviews as well. He's great, don't get me wrong, but he's giving out too much information as well as Sheila. Why is Sheila talking in front of the media like this? Does she not know that she could be messing up LE's chance of nailing Emily? The PI should also keep his techniques to himself. Now, any future killer will be able to read these interviews and pull their own poker faces right back at him, should he be called upon in future missing children's cases. I am shocked he is doing these interviews, as he claims he doesn't like publicity and tries to remain low key.

I might delete this as soon as I post. But...when we found my brother's body after three months, the coyotes had already got to him. The crime (it wasn't a crime, he had a seizure and died) scene was blocked off for a only a short perimeter. His clothing and shoes were the only thing recognizable.

I agree 100%. Worries me sick. I’m so glad he was found but it’s taken me a full 24 hrs to be able to respond. My heart is breaking for Jamie and the video of her falling to her knees was terribly sad. I will continue to pray for the family. Thank you Emily for finally doing what was right. You’re still a monster in my eyes and there truly is a special place for you in hell one day.

As many of you have realized, media has made some inaccurate statements regarding how Lucas was found. My tip is to listen to direct interviews with the PI and trust that what he's saying is accurate.

I have no words that will help, but I hope you have seen all my/our messages of love and support. I truly hope you all can get thru this. If you need help, please get it. Also, in most states, there are services provided for crime victims, and Jamie and Jonathan would definitely qualify, but Im not 100% sure how far into the extended family it goes. Call 211. It is an amazing service and should be able to provide all of you with information about available services. Please keep a very close eye on Jamie. She is the one I am most worried for.

I am so thankful that our little superhero is coming home. I wish it was different though.
