Owens is described as a 6-foot-2, Black man weighing approximately 240 pounds. He has black and gray hair and brown eyes.

Police said it is not known what he was wearing when he left the hospital.

If there's one positive here, it's that Robert's home is a 10 min walk from KU Med, where he had surgery. If Robert is known to wander near his home, that reduces the search area to a couple mile radius.

That's assuming he knew where he was. If he's post-surgery, we have no idea what effect the anesthesia meds had on him or if he was possibly delirious. If he has underlying cognitive issues (suggested by the fact that they said mental health issues and he has a caretaker), his confusion could be even worse.
