Ok so who saw JG pick the package up from Breonna's house or was that seen on a surveillance video. I am losing track a bit now.

Jaynes said he took photos of Glover entering Taylor’s apartment empty-handed and exiting with what appeared to Jaynes to be a United States Postal Service package...
Jaynes told LMPD investigators that, after he consulted with Mattingly, he didn’t believe Glover was getting “dope delivered there” to 3003 Springfield Drive...

But Jaynes later admitted to LMPD investigators that neither he nor another LMPD officer verified that directly with a postal inspector. Interviews released as part of the PIU file show confusion and concern from people directly involved with obtaining the warrant, who have cast doubt on the narrative offered by Jaynes himself.

And they had no idea that a USPS worker was the new boyfriend of Breonna? Did they think JG still lived there? That would be enough to get the warrant IMO

I also find it bothersome that Mattingly as well as Nobles was given information about no packages being delivered to the house, and then Jaynes is at the Elliot Ave raid and knew that JG had been taken into custody before they broke down Breonna's door so you have one cop and Elliot Ave that has taken in the main target of the investigations into custody, then you have two other cops at Breonna's home that knew there was no probable cause through the post office to obtain the warrant.
Jaynes had also been told by Mattingly and Nobles that no packages had been delivered to Breonna's home in Glovers name. I am not talking about mail, nor am I talking about a package delivery in Jan 2020.
All three officer Jaynes, Mattingly, and Nobles were all told there we NO packages recently but they went along with the raid and then Mattingly lied during his PIU interview and said he had never looked into if packages had been delivered.

Kenneth Walker was never employed by by the USPS can you provide a link that Kenneth Walker was employed by USPS?
They knew where JG was as he was already in custody before Breonna's door was rammed. The surveillance that was being done on Breonna's apartment clearly showed that Glover did not reside at that address.

It was UPS and he hadn’t started yet.
Bianca Austin, Taylor’s aunt, has said Walker had just accepted a job to work at UPS.

So if they saw him and have photos of him entering and leaving with a package and his documents show that as an address, did they think he lived there? I mean that would definitely be enough for the search warrant IMO.

Agree but you also have 2 other officers at Breonna's apartment that knew the information on the warrant affidavit was not accurate. So I think the officers involved in her raid should be heavily scrutinized.
Who were the other two who knew? Did they actually see the warrant or just follow a senior officer's orders? Who was in charge of the whole operation?

Wow that should never be allowed, how can there be transparency if LE officers are allowed to delete their own body cam footage.
I would imagine the footage would automatically upload and save on a server somewhere. Maybe they can delete from their individual cam but they should not be able to access to delete from a server. That would be a real no no IMO.

Sargent Mattingly was in charge of the operation, and had done investigative work with Shively police and the post office about the packages and knew that their had been none delivered, and Mike Nobles had also worked in the same capacity on the investigation. Both Mattingly and Nobles were told there were NO packages being delivered to that address to JG since the address had been flagged in January.
In the above interviews posted by Jersey girl you can see exactly who spoke to who and what they were told.
but you have Mattingly with the info.
You have Nobles with the same info
You have Jaynes who had the info of no package delivery for JG told to him by Mattingly and Nobles and Jaynes at the Elliott Ave raid who knew JG was in custody before the raid on BT apartment.
the senior Officer was Mattingly he was the Sargent

Well what was the package he was seen picking up then? As far as the cops knew, they were raiding his home address right? Whoever told them there were no packages was incorrect, because they saw him collect one? That one package was probable cause especially when he went straight to the trap house with it. MOO

I don't see the no package info as relevant because the package may have been by courier or other means. It could also have been sent in Breonna's name and could be why the USPS did not have anything for JG. Who was Mattingly's senior officer. Sargent does not seem a very high rank to be in charge of three raids. Do we know the names and ranks of the officers at the other raids? Or did the three officers do all the raids?

Attorney General Daniel Cameron and an attorney for former LMPD detective Brett Hankison want a judge to reconsider ordering criminal discovery be publicly filed. Hearing set for Monday
In the joint motion, Cameron and Hankison's attorney argue filing discovery in the record would let it be published by the media and "permanently taint potential jurors." They add publishing discovery could be an "impetus" for more threats of violence.
The parties also quote the court's conclusion that "publicity concerning the discovery material in issue could influence public opinion against (the defendant) based on information found to be wholly inadmissible at trial."

A judge has ruled in favor of the anonymous Breonna Taylor grand juror, meaning the juror CAN speak publicly about the grand jury proceedings “This Court finds that the traditional justification for secrecy in this matter are no longer relevant"
...Any participant in those proceedings, including grand jurors, may disclose such information, subject to the trial court's order regarding"

The anonymous juror's attorney just sent out a press release with a statement by the juror. It confirms what many have suspected: "The grand jury was not presented any charges other than the three Wanton Endangerment charges against Detective Hankison."

"The grand jury didn’t agree certain actions were justified, nor did it decide the indictment should be the only charges in the Breonna Taylor case. The grand jury was not given the opportunity to deliberate on those charges"

"The grand jury didn't agree that certain actions were justified, not did it decide the indictment (of Brett Hankison) should be the only charges in the Breonna Taylor case."
