I can’t find the age of the person arrested but it is interesting to me they chose to charge him with carnal knowledge rather than a specific sex crime against this 14 year old child.

He may not have been formally charged yet. It is possible that more charges are coming.

Good news -- she was found alive. There was an arrest, but US Marshals say there was no sign of human trafficking.

The U.S. Marshals confirmed that Chinchilla-Canizales was found safe and was taken for a medical evaluation.

Edward Corea-Pineda was arrested on charges of carnal knowledge and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

Is this guy a “boyfriend”? She has been running away for two years according to the older articles I found. I’d really like to know why.
