Recovered/Located LA - Patricia Brown, 43, New Orleans, 3 Nov 2017

Patricia Brown, 43, did not show up to work for several days, so her employer called her roommate. Brown’s roommate said that she had not seen her since November 3.

She told the employer that Brown was last seen around 9 p.m. when she was going out with friends.

Brown has not been seen or heard from as of 5 p.m. on November 6.

Brown is described as a tall, thin white female standing 5’6" to 5’8" in height, weighing about 120-130 pounds, fair complexion, blonde hair and blue eyes.

So the roommate saw her leave at 9pm on Friday to go out, and didn't see her at all through Monday, even though she should have been going to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday? I guess some roommates interact more than others based on work schedules and personal habits or preferences but.. seems odd...

I wonder if they knew what friends she went out with?

Forty-three-year-old Patricia Brown was last seen about 9 p.m. on November 3 at her home on Arts Street when she told her roommate that she was going out with friends, according to the NOPD.

She hasn’t been heard from since, and Brown’s employer told police that she has missed several days of work.

I used to work on Arts St. I would not consider it safe after dark. I wonder where she was going out? I mean, there's a while lot that can be found out. Did she make it to the bar? Who was she with? What time did she leave? Does she have a car? How did she leave to go out? I hate cryptic cases. Makes me feel like they already know she's off getting lost in the sauce. But we all know how many times "no suspicion of foul.play" turns out to be just that.

The whole thing with the employer contacting the roommate gives me a weird vibe too. Granted, just because the roommate didn't contact anybody doesn't mean they didn't wonder where she went. I wonder if she ever went MIA for a few days on the roommate before so they weren't too concerned?

Lots of questions. Not many answers. All a waiting game. Sigh.

I didn’t see anyone who looks like Patricia. There’s a gossip site that’s not allowed here as WS doesn’t allow rumors (unless confirmed my LE or MSM). Age and name are similar but I don’t see the resemblance in the photo. IMO

The last place she is confirmed seen was in the 2200 block of Arts Street.

Well another release of the info isn't a good sign. When people here just are out partying, you might not get a "found# update, but you usually don't get a "still haven't heard from her" release, either.

I wish they would give more info surrounding her plans and where she was going/ how she was traveling that night.
