Payton said this is not the first time her older sister has disappeared for days at a time. However, she added, this is the first time that Taylor has not reached out to her family in more than a week.

“She has a history of drug abuse in the past. She may have relapsed.”

Payton said her family is hoping for the best but is worried about the worst.

“I think that’s what worries us the most, that either she’s dead or the situation’s not good.”

I'm so glad that LE was able to view the Walmart parking lot video, but it doesn't sound good that Taylor's ID was located in a field beside Walmart. It sounds like the local LE is getting help from the FBI, and I'm glad that law enforcement is taking this very seriously.

So she walked to her car, then walked into a field? I’d say that maybe she didn’t want to do it in her car so she went for a little walk to get high or smoke a cigarette...That’s something I would do when I smoked..but she didn’t drop her purchase off in the car, which is kinda odd but maybe that’s just me. Sounds like she was going to leave but maybe someone called her over and she went into the field with her bags? MOO
Just sad that there’s no cameras pointing in that direction.

Really glad that they’re taking this seriously since she’s disappeared before and has history of substance abuse. So many times before have cops disregarded these situations. Props!

Man, I know easily a half dozen girls just like this - prone to somewhat loopy behavior and I worry about things exactly like this happening to them. So difficult to profile. Time to interview every single person who was in that parking lot when she walked out of it staring with the ones who left immediately after her.

Does “no foul play” usually allude to heart attack, suicide or OD?

"no foul play suspected at this time" doesn't mean much, just that there was no obvious homicidal injury to the body. Buying a bunch of random stuff at Walmart then going into a field and dying doesn't sound normal but it could be a situation like with Adrienne Quintall. Medical exam and especially toxicology will tell a lot.
