Looks like they have to apply and pay for it. Wonder what the time frame is. I ask because during this weekend while DM prepares ...He could see how blown off his photo questions are. dun dun dun

If you pay for expedited you can get them fast. Later on this evening they'd likely show up in your e-mail.

Just when you think this whole thing and these two monsters can't get anymore horrifying.....

So sad for Laura, sending prayers out to her family and friends!
RIP Laura and strength to the Babcock family as this forensic stuff comes out. Oh I'm sure that DM will be up there on Tuesday with the "deer killed on the farm" story. The guy is making me gag just as much as their sick pics make me reach for the barf bag...and we haven't even got to the barn search warrant stuff yet.

IMHO, the Judge seems to be giving DM a lot of latitude. DM will have a very hard time with his cross on Rogers. Perhaps his opening will be "did you see my "certificates" up on the wall Dr. Rogers??? Is there an "easter egg" in that pic? Can you say with certainty that this image wasn't altered? This trial can't get over fast enough. MOO

I'm sort of glad he is, though. Making sure DM has no grounds to appeal his forthcoming conviction. MOO

I'm surprised when they brought out the incinerator evidence DM didn't jump up and yell out Objection your honor! That's evidence from a completely different murder.

I hate this as much as everybody else, but this is the best approach to prevent potential appeals, especially since he is self-representing.

I feel for Laura's family though. The testimony is absolutely horrifying.

Seriously.

He is definitely going to go with the photoshop angle on these pics.

The problem with DM and MS's defence is that they claim they had nothing to do with this murder, but the circumstantial evidence of a planned and deliberate (first-degree) murder is overwhelming.

Interesting that evidence was introduced on WM's van- didn't hear about that vehicle in the TB trial. What can't be forgotten here is that WM was getting this hangar ready for his MRO occupancy and all of this stuff was going in the months leading up to it? Wouldn't they have been bringing in equipment and stuff?

No wonder AS was more than a bit upset- just the thought of having to work around SS welding incinerators onto home-made trailers and everything else that seems to have been going on would have been the definition of insanity for anyone trying to get inspections and training done. Thinking ahead to the WM murder- I can't help but wonder how much evidence surfaced by way of texts between these two psycho's. Sounds like we may see SS & AM take the stand again. MOO

So will DM take the stand in his own defence? How else will he be able to get out a "story" about what they were burning that night?

I got my answer today as to why they introduced pics of the incinerator after it was taken to OPP headquarters. They are stepping lightly in this trial. Dr Rogers did not admit to even being at the farm. She did not testify to anything found in the incinerator. All she testified to was the picture.

She could not say with certainty that they were human bones in the picture. DM will jump on this and tell ask her if they could be animal. She will say she doesn't think so but she can't say for sure.

End of cross.

So much has to be kept from this jury because of the TB case. And it appears that nothing found at that time didn't match TB and matched Laura. Considering the Eliminator was stored indoors they were lucky. Although it appears that LB was wrapped up well.

:(

It's already been suggested in texts. He claimed to have burned a deer.

Through an effective cross-examination.

Oh wait, Mallard's doing it himself, so much for that.....

Seriously.

Is dead body expert on his business card too?

He did part of a 6-term, 2-year course in 2002, 15 years ago, and now he has a business card that proclaims him an expert in the field? Yeah, you're outstanding in the field...literally...out, standing in a field.

He studied 3D games animation at Humber College in 2002 but was once "caught red-handed" plagiarizing the work of his classmates, according to a source at the college.

Millard took a 3D games animation course at Humber College but left after he got nabbed for plagiarism.

Now Millard is showing a business card for Dellen Millard. Has listings for 3D modelling, animation, texturing, video editing, motion capture and visual effects. #LauraBabcock

I should never have looked at that picture. It makes me very sad to think of her poor poor parents not only having to witness all this but to have to also see her murderer swanning around the courtroom behaving so arrogantly is beyond my imagination.
I know it would take everything in me not to leap across the table or not to scream!

The idea of ONE cruel sociopath is enough but how two, if not 3 (CN), find each other boggles my mind. :(

Think of how this will affect the jury: nothing will make this crime more real to them than the sorrow of LB's family.

Clayton Babcock seems to be desperately trying to keep the tears at bay with this evidence. His hand goes over his face, shaking. Then he composes himself. Strong. #LauraBabcock

MsSherlock, I think the reason for questions about the vehicle and missing seats , I am guessing that the body was transported in the vehicle and blood got on the seats and so they were removed. That is my guess. I hope that MS does testify so he can tell that Laura was murdered and it will be closure for the Babcock family. He was the one who admitted Tim Bosma was murdered. Tracy Rogers said the bones at first trial were human and she is saying it again. It proved to be true in the first trial and I am sure it is in this trial.
