lol, you can sleuth it if you want to. Personally, I don't think the sheriff or the jailers did whatever happened to Haleigh. jmo - we need to be finding out why Haleigh's father's mother is being so quiet now, and why she has been so misleading.

IMHO..It's quite evident WHY she is being so quiet now, and WHY she has been so misleading... IMHO LE are the ones who need to get on it like white on rice...JMO

It's my understanding that once the FBI or FDLE takes over a case, the local LE have little or no say in how an investigation is conducted. So I really don't think PC is making any concessions to the Cummings or anybody else. JMO.
As for why TN is 'suddenly' so quiet... maybe she has been advised not to say anything when asked about Ron, because they don't want any information leaked. We heard that she got into trouble once before, so they may have told her to keep her lip zipped. When you add this silence of TN's to the fact that there are no more jailhouse calls of Ron's released, I kind of think maybe there is a good reason for that. It's all part of their case they're building against someone and they can't afford any slipups right now. Also JMO.

That is one of the things that bother me, we really don't know if more tapes of Ron's have been released and are just not being played. There have been tapes we have seen on NG and no place else. Could she be holding back playing them for her own reasons?

Lt. Greenwood said the first call related to this case came in at 2:13a. Can you find out anymore info about that? Who called? and why? Was there an altercation at the mh around that time? A neighbor heard screams coming from the area of the mh at about 2-2:30a. I think that it is all tied in together. Thanks in advance Levi.

I can tell you about it, lol...I am not Levi. I know the Greenwood video you are talking about. So does everyone else I am sure. Many are denying that the call had anything to do with Haleigh because it implicates Tyler Street but for someone such as I that has implicated Tyler Street in every theory since about the second week in it makes plenty of sense. Law Enforcement has known all about this call and in my opinion it is why the focus has been on The Croslins since the start.

Greenwood clearly states when Law Enforcement began their investigation into Haleigh's disappearance. ( was it a slip, probably not) When the 911 call was released everyone ran with the time of 3:27, but honestly all LE has said was that was the time the 911 call came in.

The first call related to the case came in from the Tyler Street addy, It is assumed that the 911 call was the first call, but the reality is there could have been another call and that is what greenwood is referring to in my opinion.

Supposedly, Misty dropped out of school in the sixth grade, so her reading and writing skills will not go beyond that level. If she dropped out because she was having a hard time learning, then her skills might not even be up to sixth-grade par. If she truly intends to get her GED, she will first need remedial help to get up to middle school skills. She's not stupid, but was never given a good educational foundation.

I think you hit the nail on the head. This implies to me that TN & Ron have info that is assisting in the case against someone or someones and that TN is cooperating.

My BIL cannot read- my in-laws knew nothing about it until he was drafted into the service for Nam. My FIL is always saying "That damn school didn't teach the kid anything.. didn't do their job! 17 and couldn't read!" It's like Uhhhmm... hello?! take a look in the mirror buddy- you didn't know your kid couldn't read until he was 17?! Who wasn't doing their job?! Schools do the best they can but it's hard when the parents want no part of it.

Her skills can improve.. there are free Literacy programs everywhere you look-most jails have Literacy programs as well as GED classes.

My BIL cannot read- my in-laws knew nothing about it until he was drafted into the service for Nam. My FIL is always saying "That damn school didn't teach the kid anything.. didn't do their job! 17 and couldn't read!" It's like Uhhhmm... hello?! take a look in the mirror buddy- you didn't know your kid couldn't read until he was 17?! Who wasn't doing their job?! Schools do the best they can but it's hard when the parents want no part of it.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it. But in your BIL's case, I would say it goes both ways. Kids should not be promoted to the next level if they can't read! That's the school's responsibility. And the parents should actually sit down and listen to their kids reading. Basically, it's the fault of the school AND the parents. They should be tested for dyslexia, among other things.
