Jim Spellman: at scene (irwin house) the family can not come back into home, LE executing search warrant. Search warrant issued Tuesday night. Police cars showed up to sit outside home. Much different type of search from consentual searches done previously.

NG talking with Jim Spellman (CNN correspondent) about the search warrant, parents not allowed inside house, FBI and local LE there. NG wants to know why they are dressed in "moon suits". JS is saying the CSI van is there. Doesn't know what they are looking for but must be key to the investigation; something not seen at the house before. NG is speculating LE may be looking for forensic evidence (DNA, hairs, fibers, using luminol, etc). Guest who is former LE is saying they would be looking for any evidence someone (intruder) was inside the home. JS continuing discussion on parents not cooperating, not talking with LE; parents not allowing the children to speak with LE.

NG now moving on to the wine purchase, DB changing her story when she last saw Lisa, neighbor drinking with DB, neighbor seeing lights going out inside the home.

Yes belimom - DB said in those interviews that THAT is why she said she turned out the lights because HER NEIGHBOR told her that she (neighbor) saw the house go dark.

NG introducing guest panel, asking how someone can't hear intruder coming in through the window; she's reporting baby bottle was found on the floor. Guest defense attorney Darryl Cohen is asking NG not to castigate DB, her lies don't make her a bad mother, drinking just makes her irresponsible. Another guest Lorna Owens is agreeing with him.
