I thought so too.... I hope this isnt a 15 minutes type thing going on here.. We cannot lead LE on wild goose chases.. I want to know if the police listen to HLN and see that this woman described JI? If i was them, I would make JI walk down the road at the same time of night wearing the same clothes that she described without his glasses on so to see if she says, yeah thats him..

There were a couple of early interviews that made it sound that only the husband saw the man with the baby. But maybe that was bad reporting. I would like to know what she initially told police.

Maybe it was a case of hubby came in the door and said 'some guy out there walking around with a baby in a diaper' and wife went to look out the blinds. That would mean basically hubby saw the guy better than she but he is in a moving vehicle and she is looking out the window into the dark. What she saw would be less than him and more vague as far as a baby and what it was or wasn't wearing. Like maybe she couldn't really tell what was out there but he already said it was a man with a baby so she 'saw' that too? Moving vehicle and blinds would make it difficult to see race for either of them I would think. just guessing....

I think that the first witness who saw the person walking with a baby as he was driving past probably saw this person carrying something and thought it was a baby. The wife looked and was looking through the blinds. Because the husband had said it was a baby, she already had that in mind when she looked at the person. The suggestion made her "see" that it was a baby too - even though it wasn't.

The second sighting, I believe, was just a "15 minutes" thing since the guy didn't come forward for a week. It absolutely makes no sense whatsoever that someone would kidnap a child and then walk around the same neighborhood that they had taken the child for FOUR HOURS!

Also, I will note that the person on the video wearing all white does not correspond with what "Lisa" said the man that she saw was wearing.

No, she never said that her husband was driving home from work. She said he was going to work at around midnight. He was getting into his car outside his house when he saw the man with the baby. She never said either that only her husband saw the man. The report is misleading because the reporter says more than once "her husband saw..." but the neighbor uses the word "we".

The neighbor said: "We seen the guy act like he was going to go into a residence over here but then my husband drove off so we're thinking that maybe he was just doing that so my husband would leave".

What the heck so, Deborah got her hair done? Just craziness.

Dear God, if my baby was missing I'd be afraid just to step into the shower to bathe just in case something should happen.

If I did, I'd have my phone right there in case I got a call from LE that she'd been found or they needed more info., etc...

Hate to sound mean, but is this to look pretty for interviews? Who the heck cares what they look like when their baby is missing?

I don't trust this neighbor, she 1st came out and said her DH saw the man w/the baby, and "he told her" a/b it, they then discussed whether to call LE. And she decided not to call, and regrets it.
Now she claims to have seen the man and baby herself by looking through the blinds at the window and adds many more details then the 1st 2 interviews she gave. Where is her DH ? why hasn't he spoke out ?Why isn't he beside her backing up her story ? I'd like to see all the pple who have said they saw the man with the baby to take LDT's . Just too many pple looking for 15min instead of looking for Lisa :banghead:

We don't know that she didn't initially give more details because the media edited it.

Okay, this is exactly the way I recalled it as well. I was starting to think my brain was just making things up or I somehow misunderstood.

exactly how close is the river? Has anyone seen a thing where the LE is searching the river banks or the river itself? Is it possible someone could walk to the river from the home and proceed to dispose of the body? If there is a river that close within walking or even driving distance I'm really surprised that no searches have been centered there.

Last night I was walking my dog, and was suspicious of a man I saw standing in a yard up the street as he was just standing there staring at us. As we got closer, I realized it was a freaking CACTUS. Jeez, I even had my glasses on!

I agree it's possible. So that leads to question-how sure she is that what she saw was actually the baby.

Well I have the advantage to know what she possibly saw and it is very possible to see what he was carrying, just not color. Like a brown truck passing looks red but I know it was a truck.

We have a tree with a raccoon whose head is twisted away from his body and he stares at us, but only at dusk. In daylight it's two spots limbs were cut from the tree. You would swear there's a raccoon in the pm, though.
