Someone posted this Tawni Dilly YT vid last week ( sorry can't remember who!) but look at the 24 sec mark. Mitigation lady has papers hanging over rail while talking to Jodi's relatives and certainly looks like her mum( going by shirt she wore) is reaching for them.

OMG, that was soooo sneaky wasn't it?! :what: The judge really needs to see this and do something about this defense team breaking all the rules for pete's sake. Defense team loss of money (huge fine) is what might make this stop. Defense team needs to be fined substantially for doing this kind of thing. There's just no telling how often this has been going on! Even if the judge banned the Arias family from the courtroom (which I doubt she would do anyway) the note could be passed out in the hallway, outside of the courthouse, etc.

Here's a video of where she apparently gives the finger. Around 40 seconds she appears to be rubbing her throat again. The look in her eyes, her facial expressions and mannerisms are so disturbing.

The bruise I have been asking about is visible on this clip at 1:36.

Has there been any buzz about what this is? It looks like a prison guard might have grabbed her arm and propelled her someplace against her will. This bruise is visible in other clips and looks like finger marks.

Fiorinal is a controlled substance in some states because of the butalbital, and can have codeine added def making it controlled. This just happens to be my line of work.

I rarely see it anymore, but it's def Rx, so I'd think would have to monitored.

I do take some blue pill for migraines that has butalbital and coedine and something else in it..it works great! Within minutes I am migraine free.
