There must be something seriously wrong with him if he couldn't put his appointment off to bask in the spotlight. Maybe he's going the way of Johnny Cochran.

Or maybe he's just trying to distance himself from the verdict.

I couldn't stomach watching this, just followed it on Twitter. But for those of you watching, at least you guys don't have to see Baez's crap eating grin.

11-0 Not Guilty of 1st or 2nd degree murder.
CW didn't prove their case and they gave immunity to most likely JMHO the shooter/killer Alexander Bradley.

Guess that is what the 10 min sidebar was this morning, Jose had a Dr. appt.

Juries are not suppose to be emotional about it. Go by the facts and evidence presented and the law. Common sense can be used. AB and all the ****s were eaten alive by Def. Just bad charges and no evidence. I still feel a drug deal gone wrong both places. And that AB the shooter. They apparently had more in the OL trial, and didn't have Jose.

I disagree. They had to ignore the facts and strip themselves of every shred of common sense to get to that verdict.

I'm 90% sure that the jurors, if they give interviews, will be parroting Baez, just like the CA jurors did.

Oh well, unlike Casey, Hernandez seems like the type to kill again. Then the jurors can enjoy that blood on their hands.
